Description
本出願は、2018年12月17日付の韓国特許出願第10-2018-0163101号及びこれを優先権として2019年11月28日付で再出願された韓国特許出願第10-2019-0154973号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として組み込まれる。
(実施例1)
ABS樹脂(LG化学社製、AF365F)100重量部、充填剤としてミルド(milled)ガラス繊維25重量部、及び発泡剤として東進セミケムのLP338 3重量部が混合された発泡成形樹脂組成物を、ホッパー、シリンダ及びスクリューを含む一般の射出装置に一括投入し、成形温度を230℃に固定して溶融及び混練した後、これを、下記の表1に記載された射出流量及び金型温度の条件下で、下記の図2の蒸着層が形成された固定側プレート及びこれに対応する移動側プレート(図示せず)を含む射出金型に注入し、ショートショット法で発泡によってセルを成長させて最終発泡製品を製造した。前記固定側プレートは、上述したように、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)で30μmの厚さの1次蒸着層を形成させた後、ペルフルオロアルコキシフッ素樹脂(PFA)で40μmの厚さの2次蒸着層を形成させ、前記移動側プレートは、フッ素樹脂の蒸着なしで鏡面処理することによって、射出製品の前/後面の外観の比較を通じて、本発明に係る蒸着層の効果を確認できるようにした。また、前記射出成形に使用された射出成形機の諸元は、最大射出速度:112mm/s(79cc/s)、最大型締力:150Ton、スクリューの直径:45mm、最大射出圧力:2,210barであった。
前記実施例1において、射出流量を下記の表1に記載された値で実施した以外は、前記実施例1と同様の方法で実施した。
前記実施例1において、発泡成形樹脂組成物を、ポリプロピレン樹脂(SEETEC H7700)100重量部、充填剤としてカーボンブラックMB(PPベース、カーボンの含量50重量%)1重量部、及び発泡剤として東進(株)のLP338商用製品3重量部が混合された発泡成形樹脂組成物に代えた以外は、前記実施例1と同様の方法で実施した。
前記実施例6において、射出流量を下記の表2に記載された値で実施した以外は、前記実施例1と同様の方法で実施した。
前記実施例1において使用した射出金型を、孔形成コアピンを含む(残りの条件は同一)射出金型に代え、射出流量を下記の表3に記載された値で実施した以外は、前記実施例1と同様の方法で実施した。
前記実施例2において、発泡成形樹脂組成物を、ポリプロピレン樹脂(SEETEC H7700)100重量部、充填剤として長ガラス繊維(LG化学社製、LUFLO LG2400)40重量部が混合された一般の射出成形樹脂組成物に代え、かつショートショット法を一般の射出成形法に代えた以外は、前記実施例1と同様の方法で実施した。
前記実施例2において、発泡成形樹脂組成物を、ポリプロピレン樹脂(SEETEC H7700)100重量部、充填剤としてガラス繊維(LG化学社製、LUPOY SC2502)50重量部が混合された一般の射出成形樹脂組成物に代え、かつショートショット法を一般の射出成形法に代えた以外は、前記実施例1と同様の方法で実施した。
前記実施例1において、固定側プレートとして、25~30μmの厚さのポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)1次蒸着層及び15~20μmの厚さのポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)2次蒸着層が形成された固定側プレートを使用し、射出流量を80cc/sとし、発泡成形樹脂組成物の代わりに、一般の射出成形樹脂としてアクリレート-スチレン-アクリロニトリル樹脂(ASA LI941、LG化学社製)を使用し、ショートショット法を一般の射出成形法に代えた以外は、前記実施例1と同様の方法で実施した。
前記実施例11において、ASA樹脂の代わりに、ポリプロピレン(SEETEC H7700)樹脂70重量部及びガラス繊維(LUPOY SC2502、LG化学社製)50重量部で構成された組成物を使用した以外は、前記実施例11と同様の方法で実施した。
前記実施例11において、ASA樹脂の代わりにポリカーボネート(PC)樹脂(LUPOY PC GP1000MU、LG化学社製)を使用した以外は、前記実施例11と同様の方法で実施した。
前記実施例1において、固定側プレートとして、30μmの厚さのPTFE1次蒸着層のみが形成された固定側プレートを使用し、射出流量を80cc/sとし、発泡成形樹脂組成物の代わりに、ポリアミド6(PA6)85重量%及びGF15重量%で構成された一般の射出成形樹脂組成物を使用した以外は、前記実施例1と同様の方法で実施した。
前記実施例14において、一般の射出成形樹脂組成物として、ポリアミド6(PA6)70重量%及びGF30重量%で構成された組成物を使用した以外は、前記実施例14と同様の方法で実施した。
前記実施例14において、一般の射出成形樹脂組成物の代わりに、ポリエステル系熱可塑性エラストマー(Keyflex-BT 1028D、LG化学社製)を使用した以外は、前記実施例14と同様の方法で実施した。
前記実施例14において、一般の射出成形樹脂組成物の代わりに、長繊維が30重量%含有された長繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂(LUFLO LG2250B、LG化学社製)を使用した以外は、前記実施例14と同様の方法で実施した。
前記実施例17において、化学発泡剤を3重量部投入してショートショット法で発泡射出成形した以外は、前記実施例17と同様の方法で実施した。
前記実施例1~18で製造された発泡製品の両表面を拡大撮影してスワールマーク、銀条、G/F浮き、またはウェルドラインの生成の有無を目視で確認し、その結果を、下記の表1~表6及び図4~図19に開示した。
Claims (14)
- 金型面に2層以上のコーティング層が積層された金型を含み、
第1コーティング層及び第2コーティング層は、いずれもポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)を含むことを特徴とする、射出金型。 - 金型面に2層以上のコーティング層が積層された金型を含み、
第1コーティング層は、フッ化樹脂単一重合体(homopolymer)を含み、第2コーティング層は、フッ化樹脂共重合体(copolymer)を含み、前記第1コーティング層は、厚さが20~50μmであり、前記第2コーティング層は、厚さが20~80μmであることを特徴とする、射出金型。 - 前記第1コーティング層は、厚さが1~50μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の射出金型。
- 前記第2コーティング層は、厚さが20~80μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は3に記載の射出金型。
- 前記射出金型は発泡射出金型であることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の射出金型。
- 前記コーティング層は焼結硬化コーティング層であることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の射出金型。
- 前記フッ化樹脂単一重合体は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、ポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン(PCTFE)、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)及びポリフッ化ビニル(PVF)からなる群から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の射出金型。
- 前記フッ化樹脂共重合体は、ペルフルオロアルコキシフッ素樹脂(PFA)、四フッ化エチレン-六フッ化プロピレン共重合体(FEP)、エチレン-四フッ化エチレン共重合体(ETFE)及びエチレン-クロロトリフルオロエチレン共重合体(ECTFE)からなる群から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項2又は7に記載の射出金型。
- 前記コーティング層の総厚さは20~100μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1、3、及び4のいずれか一項に記載の射出金型。
- 前記金型面は、固定側プレートの成形面、可動側プレートの成形面、またはこれらの両方であることを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の射出金型。
- 射出金型、射出装置及び駆動装置を含む射出成形機であって、前記射出金型は、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の射出金型を含むことを特徴とする、射出成形機。
- 請求項11に記載の射出成形機を用いて樹脂組成物を射出成形するステップを含むことを特徴とする、射出製品の製造方法。
- 前記射出成形は、ショートショット法又はコアバック成形方法によって行われる発泡成形であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の射出製品の製造方法。
- 前記射出成形は、射出流量が40cc/s以上であることを特徴とする、請求項12または13に記載の射出製品の製造方法。
