Claims (11)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体;および
前記電池セル積層体が内部に挿入されているフレーム部材を含み、
前記フレーム部材は、
前記電池セル積層体の上下面をカバーする平面部;および
前記電池セル積層体の両側面をカバーする曲面部を含み、
前記曲面部は前記電池セル積層体の積層方向に沿って位置する前記フレーム部材の両側面に形成され、前記曲面部は前記電池セル積層体を支持しており、
前記曲面部は、前記複数の電池セルの積層方向に弾性力が作用する弾性部材から形成され、
前記弾性部材の上下端にはそれぞれ、複数のシワからなる弾性変形可能なシワ部が形成され、前記シワ部は前記平面部と連結される電池モジュール。 - 前記曲面部は、前記フレーム部材の垂直断面上で前記フレーム部材の内側方向に曲がるように形成された、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記弾性部材は、板スプリングから形成された、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記平面部の両端には、前記弾性部材が係止結合される係止顎部が形成された、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記曲面部と前記係止顎部を固定する曲面部固定材をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記フレーム部材の両側で前記シワ部を支持するシワ部支持台をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記シワ部は、前記弾性部材の長さ方向に沿って弾性変形される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記曲面部は、前記フレーム部材の水平断面上で前記フレーム部材の内側方向に曲がるように形成された、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記平面部の両側端の角は、前記曲面部の上下端の角と対応するように形成された、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1から9の何れか一項による電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。
- 前記シワ部が形成された前記弾性部材の上下端は、前記シワ部支持台に挿入結合される、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
