Claims (12)
- 電極リードの電気的連結のための連結部材であって、
前記連結部材は一対の第1連結部材及び第2連結部材を含み、
前記第1連結部材及び前記第2連結部材のいずれか一方には相互間の連結のための固定部が形成され、他方には前記固定部が締結される係合部が形成される、連結部材。 - 前記第1連結部材及び前記第2連結部材は、電気的連結のためのバスバー、及び前記バスバーを固定するプレートを含み、前記固定部及び前記係合部は前記プレートに形成される、請求項1に記載の連結部材。
- 前記固定部及び前記係合部を含む前記プレートは絶縁物質からなる、請求項2に記載の連結部材。
- 前記固定部及び前記係合部は一つの結合対を成すように形成され、前記結合対は2対以上形成される、請求項1に記載の連結部材。
- 前記第1連結部材に2個の前記固定部が形成され、前記第2連結部材に2個の前記係合部が形成される、請求項4に記載の連結部材。
- 前記第1連結部材及び前記第2連結部材のそれぞれに1個の前記固定部と1個の前記係合部が形成され、
前記第1連結部材の前記固定部は前記第2連結部材の前記係合部に締結され、前記第2連結部材の前記固定部は前記第1連結部材の前記係合部に締結される、請求項4に記載の連結部材。 - 前記固定部の少なくとも一部は弾性素材からなる、請求項1に記載の連結部材。
- 前記プレートの少なくとも一部は弾性素材からなる、請求項2に記載の連結部材。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の連結部材によって電気的に連結される電池セルスタックであって、
前記電池セルスタックは2個以上の電池セルから構成され、
前記電池セルは電極リードの結合面が互いに対面するように配置された状態で密着配列され、
前記電極リードは前記連結部材の締結によって前記結合面が密着する、電池セルスタック。 - 前記電極リードは密着配列されて電極リード束をなし、前記電極リード束において最外側に位置する電極リードのそれぞれは前記第1連結部材のバスバー及び前記第2連結部材のバスバーと密着して電気的に連結される、請求項9に記載の電池セルスタック。
- 前記電池セルスタックは、第1電池セルスタック及び第2電池セルスタックを含み、
前記第1電池セルスタックは第1電極リード束を含み、前記第2電池セルスタックは第2電極リード束を含み、
前記第1電極リード束及び前記第2電極リード束が互いに隣接して位置し、前記第1電池セルスタック及び前記第2電池セルスタックは互いに向き合うように配置され、
前記第1連結部材及び前記第2連結部材によって前記第1電池セルスタックの前記第1電極リード束と前記第2電池セルスタックの前記第2電極リード束との結合面が互いに密着するように結合される、請求項9に記載の電池セルスタック。 - 請求項9に記載の電池セルスタックを含む、電池パック。
