Description

Claims (15)
- 自動車安全装置のための開始剤アセンブリ(300)であって、
第1の端部(306)及び第2の端部(308)を有する管状ハウジング(302)と、
前記管状ハウジング(302)の前記第2の端部(308)に形成された十字形部(310)と、
前記第2の端部(308)において前記管状ハウジング(302)内に配置された火薬装填物(320)であって、開放端(334)と先端(332)とを含む空隙(330)を画定するように形成されており、前記空隙(330)は、前記開放端(334)から前記先端(332)まで延びる側面(336)であって、前記管状ハウジング(302)の前記第2の端部(308)に向かって、かつ前記管状ハウジング(302)の長手方向軸線(A1)に向かって角度をなす側面(336)を更に含み、前記空隙(330)の前記側面は、前記空隙(330)の、前記側面とは異なる幾何学的形状を含む先端部分(380)へと移行する、火薬装填物(320)と、を含む、開始剤アセンブリ(300)。 - 前記第1の端部(306)において前記管状ハウジング(302)内に配置され、かつ前記火薬装填物(320)から離隔された一次火薬装填物(319)を更に含む、請求項1に記載の開始剤アセンブリ(300)。
- 前記空隙(330)の前記先端(332)は、前記十字形部(310)の中心(316)と位置合わせされている、請求項1又は2に記載の開始剤アセンブリ(300)。
- 前記空隙(330)の前記先端部分(380)は、円錐形状を含み、前記円錐形状の頂点は、前記空隙(330)の前記先端(332)であり、かつ前記十字形部(310)の中心(316)と位置合わせされている、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の開始剤アセンブリ(300)。
- 前記空隙(330)の前記先端部分(380)は、ドーム形状を含み、前記ドームの頂点は、前記空隙(330)の前記先端(332)であり、かつ前記十字形部(310)の中心(316)と位置合わせされている、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の開始剤アセンブリ(300)。
- 前記火薬装填物(320)は、前記空隙(330)のうちの、それぞれが別個の幾何学的形状を含む少なくとも2つの部分を画定している、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の開始剤アセンブリ(300)。
- 前記空隙(330)の前記少なくとも2つの部分は、前記火薬装填物(320)の第1の端部で始まる開口部(340)であって、前記管状ハウジング(302)の前記第2の端部(308)に向かって、かつ前記管状ハウジング(302)の前記長手方向軸線(A1)に向かって角度をなしている側面を含む開口部分(340)、を含む、請求項6に記載の開始剤アセンブリ(300)。
- 前記空隙(330)の前記少なくとも2つの部分は、半径方向内側に延び、かつ前記管状ハウジング(302)の前記長手方向軸線(A1)に対して直交している平坦部分(350)を含む、請求項6又は7に記載の開始剤アセンブリ(300)。
- 前記空隙(330)の前記少なくとも2つの部分は、前記管状ハウジング(302)の前記長手方向軸線(A1)に向かって、かつ前記管状ハウジング(302)の前記第2の端部(308)に向かって内側に弧を描く側面を含む湾曲部分(360)を含む、請求項6~8のいずれか一項に記載の開始剤アセンブリ(300)。
- 前記空隙(330)の前記少なくとも2つの部分は、錐台形状を画定する主要部分(370)を含む、請求項6~9のいずれか一項に記載の開始剤アセンブリ(300)。
- 前記空隙(330)の頂点から前記十字形部(310)までの距離は、前記火薬装填物(320)の全長の5パーセント未満である、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の開始剤アセンブリ(300)。
- 前記空隙(330)の頂点から前記十字形部(310)までの距離は、5mm未満である、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の開始剤アセンブリ(300)。
- 前記火薬装填物(320)は、気泡を含んでいない、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の開始剤アセンブリ(300)。
- 前記火薬装填物(320)は、水素化チタン・過塩素酸カリウムである、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の開始剤アセンブリ(300)。
- 前記火薬装填物(320)の点火は、前記十字形部(310)を外向きに開放するために、前記空隙(330)の前記先端(332)を通って前記十字形部(310)の中心(316)の方へ初期圧力波を向けることによって、前記十字形部(310)を一貫して開放するように構成されている、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の開始剤アセンブリ(300)。
