Claims (5)
- 道路上の結氷を予防するか結氷を融氷するための融氷-結氷防止剤であって、
塩化マグネシウム(MgCl2)、塩化カルシウム(CaCl2)、塩(NaCl)、腐食抑制防止物質、有害物分解物質、貝殻粉末、および光ルミネッセンス物質(photoluminescence materials)の組成を含 み、
前記塩化マグネシウム、塩化カルシウム、塩、腐食抑制防止物質、有害物分解物質、および貝殻粉末それぞれは、顆粒体に形成され、 前記光ルミネッセンス物質は、蛍光物質または光反射物質からなり、 前記光ルミネッセンス物質は、前記塩または貝殻粉末にコーティングされてなり、
前記塩化マグネシウム、塩化カルシウム、塩、腐食抑制防止物質、および有害物分解物質は、全100重量%に対して、それぞれ36重量%~40重量%、2重量%~6重量%、45重量%~49重量%、4重量%~8重量%、1重量%~3重量%の組成割合からなり、貝殻粉末と光ルミネッセンス物質は、その合計が全100重量%に対して、0.2重量%~1重量%の組成割合からなることを特徴とする環境に優しい融氷-結氷防止剤。 - 前記塩化マグネシウム、塩化カルシウム、塩、腐食抑制防止物質、有害物分解物質、および貝殻粉末それぞれは、篩通過後の残量の質量比として、13.2mmの篩において0%、0.6mmの篩において98%~100%の粒度を有する顆粒体に形成されることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の環境に優しい融氷-結氷防止剤。 - 前記腐食抑制防止物質は、ヘキサメタリン酸ナトリウム(sodium hexameta phosphate)であることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の環境に優しい融氷-結氷防止剤。 - 前記有害物分解物質は、酢酸(acetic acid)、またはフマル酸(fumaric acid)の有機酸からなることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の環境に優しい融氷-結氷防止剤。 - 前記塩化マグネシウム、塩化カルシウム、塩、腐食抑制防止物質、有害物分解物質、貝殻粉末、および光ルミネッセンス物質は、塩化マグネシウム38重量%、塩化カルシウム4重量%、塩47重量%、腐食抑制防止物質6重量%、有害物分解物質2重量%、貝殻粉末0.1~0.9重量%、光ルミネッセンス物質0.1~0.5重量%の組成割合からなることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の環境に優しい融氷-結氷防止剤。
