図1(A)は第1の実施形態に係るRFIDタグ201の平面図である。図1(B)は、RFIDタグ201が備えるRFICモジュール101の搭載部分の拡大平面図である。
第2の実施形態では、アンテナの特性に応じたチップキャパシタを実装可能としたRFICモジュール及びRFIDタグの例を示す。
第3の実施形態では、センサ及び電池を備えるRFICモジュールの例を示す。
第4の実施形態では、インピーダンス整合回路の特性を付与回路によって切り替えるように構成したRFICモジュールの例を示す。
第5の実施形態では、RFIDタグが用いるアンテナ又はインピーダンス整合回路を流用する付与回路を備えるRFICモジュールの例を示す。
第6の実施形態では、フィルタ回路を有するRFICモジュール、及び、そのRFICモジュールを備えるRFIDタグの例を示す。
第7の実施形態では、エネルギーハーベスティング回路を有するRFICモジュール、及び、そのRFICモジュールを備えるRFIDタグの例を示す。
第8の実施形態では、増幅回路を有するRFICモジュール、及び、そのRFICモジュールを備えるRFIDタグの例を示す。
第9の実施形態では、スイッチまたはデュプレクサを有するRFICモジュール、及び、そのRFICモジュールを備えるRFIDタグの例を示す。

Claims (8)
- 基板と、
前記基板に搭載され、パッシブな通信を行うRFICと、
前記RFICが接続されるRFIC側端子電極と、
前記基板に形成されて、それぞれアンテナに直接接続又は容量結合されるアンテナ側端子電極と、
前記基板に形成されて、前記RFIC側端子電極及び前記アンテナ側端子電極に接続されるインピーダンス整合回路と、
前記基板に設けられた、前記RFIC以外の付与回路と、
外部環境の被測定変量を検出するセンサと、
を備え、
前記付与回路は、前記センサによる前記被測定変量に応じて前記RFICの全体の動作の有効/無効を切り替える、
RFICモジュール。 - 前記付与回路は前記RFICに接続される回路素子である、
請求項1に記載のRFICモジュール。 - 前記付与回路に対する電源電圧を供給する電池をさらに備える、
請求項1又は2に記載のRFICモジュール。 - 前記付与回路は前記インピーダンス整合回路に接続される回路素子である、
請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のRFICモジュール。 - 前記インピーダンス整合回路は、前記基板に形成された導体パターンで構成されたインダクタと、前記RFIC側端子電極に搭載され、前記RFIC側端子電極間に接続されたチップキャパシタとを含んで構成される、
請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のRFICモジュール。 - 放射素子とRFICモジュールとを備えるRFIDタグであって、
前記RFICモジュールは請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のRFICモジュールである、
RFIDタグ。 - 前記放射素子に接続される回路素子を備える、
請求項6に記載のRFIDタグ。 - 前記付与回路が前記RFICの全体の動作を無効にした場合、前記RFIDタグが付与された物品が存在しないものとして扱われるように無効になる、
請求項6又は7に記載のRFIDタグ。
