Claims (10)
- 電気エネルギーを動的エネルギーに変換し、この動的エネルギーを用いて特定の気体圧力及び特定の気体流量を発生させるエアモータの集合体であって、
本体と、
圧電アクチュエータと、を包括し、
そのうち、前記圧電アクチュエータは、前記本体内に設置され、前記圧電アクチュエータが駆動を受けると、前記本体内の気体流動を制御、駆動し、前記本体は、単体構成であり、前記単体構成は、柱体及び錐体のうちいずれか一つであり、前記柱体は、N辺形柱体又は曲線形柱体とすることができ、前記N辺形柱体は、三角柱体、五角柱体、八角柱体及び十二辺形柱体のうちのいずれか一つとし、前記単体構成は他の前記単体構成と接続し合うことで、複数の前記単体構成が組み合わさってなる集合体を構成し、前記単体構成が三つ以上の時、前記単体構成は、もう一つの前記単体構成との間で、直列、並列及び直並列のうち少なくとも一つに接続し合い、前記集合体は、複数の単体構成によって構成され、前記集合体の平面に投影される外形は、三角形状、環状及びハニカム形状のうちのいずれか一つとし、前記単体構成が、異なる外形の前記集合体を構成することができ、前記集合体によって内部に伝送される気体圧力及び気体流量を増加するまたは調節することで、より強い駆動力と多変的な組合せ形態とを提供し、前記集合体によって発生する特定の気体圧力及び特定の気体流量は、前記気体圧力を10mmHgから10000mmHgの全ての範囲の圧力で発生させ、前記気体流量を0.1リットル/minから1000リットル/minの全ての範囲の流量で発生させることを特徴とする、エアモータの集合体。 - 前記圧電アクチュエータは、懸吊板と、前記懸吊板との間を接続する少なくとも一つのフレームを有する外枠と、前記懸吊板の外周輪郭を超過せず、前記懸吊板の第一表面に貼着する圧電板と、を包括することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエアモータの集合体。
- 前記単体構成の前記柱体の両端面は、対応し合う底面及び頂面であって、前記底面及び前記頂面の間にある如何なる水平断面の幾何学的形状は、いずれも同一であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエアモータの集合体。
- 前記三角柱体は、正三角柱体、鈍角三角柱体及び鋭角三角柱体のうちのいずれか一つとすることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のエアモータの集合体。
- 前記錐体は、N辺形錐体及び曲線形錐体のうちのいずれか一つとすることができ、且つこのN値は、3以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエアモータの集合体。
- 前記N辺形錐体は、三角錐体、正方形錐体、長方形錐体、菱形錐体、五角錐体、六角錐体、八角錐体及び十二辺形錐体のうちのいずれか一つとすることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のエアモータの集合体。
- 前記三角錐体は、正三角錐体、鈍角三角錐体及び鋭角三角錐体のうちのいずれか一つとすることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のエアモータの集合体。
- 前記懸吊板は、0.1nm~1mの間の長さと、0.1nm~1mの間の幅と、0.1nm~1mの間の厚さとを有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のエアモータの集合体。
- 前記懸吊板は、2cm~20cmの間の長さと、2cm~20cmの間の幅と、2cm~20cmの間の厚さとを有することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のエアモータの集合体。
- 前記エアモータの集合体は、共振片をさらに包括し、且つ前記本体は、気体導入板及び集気板によって構成され、そのうち、前記気体導入板、前記共振片、前記圧電アクチュエータ及び前記集気板が順次対応して積層するように設置され、且つ前記共振片は、前記圧電アクチュエータとの間に間隙を有することで、第一チャンバを形成することを定義し、前記圧電アクチュエータは、前記集気板と集気チャンバを形成し、前記圧電アクチュエータが駆動を受けると、気体は、前記気体導入板から入り込み、前記共振片に流れ込んで前記第一チャンバ内に入り込み、さらに気体の流れの下流に向かって前記集気チャンバまで伝送することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエアモータの集合体。
