Claims (10)
- 外部からの高圧電源電流の入力部である高圧部と、該高圧部より電源供給されモータに駆動電力を供給するパワー部とからなるモータ駆動用のインバータ制御装置であって、
前記モータに駆動電流を供給するパワーモジュールユニットと、
前記パワーモジュールユニットに駆動信号を出力するパワーモジュール基板と、
前記パワーモジュール基板に制御信号を出力する制御基板と、
平滑用のコンデンサと、
を備え、
前記パワー部の内部に前記パワーモジュールユニットを最下層にして順次、前記パワーモジュール基板、前記コンデンサ、および前記制御基板が積層して収容されており、前記パワー部の一方の側面に前記高圧部からの電源電流の入力端子を配置し該一方の側面と直交する他の側面に前記モータの駆動電流の出力端子を配置するとともに、前記他の側面と対向する側に出力部を有する前記パワーモジュールユニットの該出力部に接続されたバスバーと前記出力端子とを板状部材で形成し、前記バスバーと前記出力端子とを、前記板状部材の厚さ方向を前記積層方向としながら前記パワー部の底部を基準として同一の高さにある同一平面内で直結するように配置したことを特徴とするインバータ制御装置。 - 前記バスバーと前記出力端子とが前記同一の高さとなるように前記パワー部の前記他の側面の近傍に端子台を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインバータ制御装置。
- 前記パワーモジュールユニット、前記パワーモジュール基板、前記コンデンサ、および前記制御基板の前記積層後の高さが前記パワー部の深さ寸法を超えないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインバータ制御装置。
- 前記コンデンサの前記パワー部への取付け部材のうち該コンデンサの一方側面側に設けた一対の取付け部材はコンデンサ本体の長手方向に延出し、該コンデンサの他方側面側に設けた一対の取付け部材はコンデンサ本体の短手方向に延出しており、これらの取付け部材は該パワー部の内周壁の形状に合わせて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインバータ制御装置。
- 前記コンデンサは複数の単体コンデンサで構成され、該コンデンサの外装ケースの側面に該単体コンデンサの配置形状の輪郭に合わせて複数の凹部を設けるととともに、該外装ケースの角部にアールを付けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインバータ制御装置。
- 前記パワー部の高さ方向において前記入力端子への電源供給路が前記出力端子よりも上部に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインバータ制御装置。
- 前記出力端子は、前記モータの相数に対応させて前記端子台上に並列かつ同一の高さに配置した金属プレートからなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のインバータ制御装置。
- 前記金属プレートの並列配置間隔は前記モータの電源入力端子のサイズに合わせて変えることができることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のインバータ制御装置。
- 前記端子台に固定され、前記出力端子の長手方向に直交する方向に延出しながら該出力端子を跨ぐ電流センサをさらに配置したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のインバータ制御装置。
- 前記パワー部の前記出力端子が配置された部位の近傍に該パワー部の一部を突出させてなる突起部が設けられ、該突起部を当該インバータ制御装置とモータとの接続部位とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインバータ制御装置。
