Claims (7)
- カテーテルシステムであって、前記カテーテルシステムが、カテーテルと、成形部材と、経路と、を備え、
前記カテーテルは、組織内に前進させるための真っすぐな部分と螺旋体を有する可撓性を持つ部分とを有し、前記螺旋体が、複数の曲り部を含み、当該複数の曲り部が所定のピッチで離間され、当該複数の曲り部の間に組織をとどまらせて、組織との摩擦力を生み出すことを可能にし、前記複数の曲り部が、前記成形部材によって、回転力を用いて組織内を前進するのに充分な剛性を持つように構成され、当該複数の曲り部の間に組織が留まること、かつ、カテーテルの移動を最小にすることを可能にし;
前記成形部材は、前記カテーテルの可撓性を持つ部分に、前記複数の曲り部を有する前記螺旋体を付与するための湾曲部を有し;および
前記経路は、組織へおよび組織から流体を輸送するために前記カテーテルの長さに沿って延び;
前記成形部材が前記可撓性を持つ部分に連結される場合に、前記可撓性を持つ部分が前記複数の曲り部を有する前記螺旋体となるように成形され、前記経路が前記複数の曲り部を模倣するように構成されてなる、
ことを特徴とするカテーテルシステム。 - 組織を貫通するための経路を通って取り除き可能に挿入される挿入針をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 挿入針が真っすぐな部分の可撓性を持つ部分を成形するための剛性な部分を含む、請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 挿入針が経路を通って挿入される場合、真っすぐな部分の可撓性を持つ部分は実質的に真っ直ぐであるが、一旦挿入針が経路から取り除かれるとその元々の幾何学的構造を取り戻す、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 成形部材が、可撓性を持つ部分を成形するための剛性な挿入体である、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 成形部材が、可撓性を持つ部分を成形するためのジャケットである、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 成形部材が、カテーテル挿入中に固定部にとどまる、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテルシステム。
