Claims (5)
- 軸方向の一方側に先端を向けて配置されるニップルを備える継手本体と、
前記ニップルの基端に設けられ、縮径方向に付勢されたホースクランプの内周面に当接することにより拡径状態で前記ホースクランプを保持するホースクランプ保持部と、
を有することを特徴とする管継手。 - 前記ホースクランプは、前記ニップルに接続される管の径以上の内径の拡径状態で前記ホースクランプ保持部により保持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管継手。
- 前記ホースクランプのツマミ片を挿通可能に形成されて前記ニップルの前記基端から前記一方側に向けて前記ホースクランプの拡径状態を維持して前記ホースクランプをガイドするガイド部と、前記ホースクランプの前記ツマミ片を挿通可能に形成されて前記ガイド部と前記一方側で接続して前記ホースクランプを拡径状態から縮径するよう開放する開放部と、を備えるカバー部材を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の管継手。
- 前記カバー部材は、C環状に形成される固定部を備え、
前記固定部は、前記ホースクランプ保持部よりも前記軸方向の他方側に設けられる溝部に圧入して固定されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の管継手。 - 前記溝部は、前記他方側に設けられる第1鍔部と、前記第1鍔部よりも前記一方側に設けられる第2鍔部と、により形成され、
前記第2鍔部は、前記ホースクランプ保持部と隣接して設けられると共に、前記一方側の面が前記ホースクランプの前記他方側の端面と当接可能に形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の管継手。
