-インキの水バランスの安定性は、ファウンテン設定の変更中に安定したインキ膜の重量を維持するためのインキの能力である
-地汚れは、印刷平版の非画像領域をきれいに保つためのファウンテン溶液の不具合である。地汚れは平版から簡単に洗浄することができない。
-紙むけとは、紙の表面が粗くなること、または裂けることを意味する。通常、タックが高すぎるとヒッキー(ブランケットに付着する粒子)が目に見える。
-汚れとは、多くの場合ブランケットローラを介して、前に印刷された色、例えばイエローなど最後に印刷された色によって色が汚染されていることを意味する。
-過剰乳化とは、インキが多量のファウンテン溶液を取り込むことを意味する。
-湿し水トレイン内のインキとは、インキが湿し水ローラを介して、ファウンテンローラの方向に搬送されることを意味する。
-浮き汚れは、インキがウォーターファウンテン内で乳化していることを意味する。ピグメントはウォーターダンパーからプレート上に置かれる。浮き汚れは、版面から容易に洗い落とすことができる。
-パイリングとは、ローラ、ブランケット、および/または平板の領域にインキが堆積して、ケーキングまたはパイリングと呼ばれる乾燥したインキ蓄積を作り出すことを意味する。
-フレーミングとは、インキが「インキフレーム」のように印刷の周囲の印刷領域の外側に見出されることを意味する。
-ダクトフローは、アジテータの補助なくインキダクトを出るインキの能力である。

Claims (15)
- 25℃で液体であるポリエステル樹脂の製造方法であって、
a)1つ以上のモノアルコールおよび/またはポリオールとのアルコール分解反応を介して未使用、スクラップ、リサイクルおよび/または再生ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)を解重合するステップと、
b)ステップa)の得られたポリオールオリゴマーを1種以上の植物油、脂肪酸アルキルエステル、または油変性アルキド樹脂で、2~12時間エステル交換するステップと、
c)1つ以上の酸または無水物との反応を介して、ステップb)の油変性ポリオールオリゴマーを再重合させるステップと、を含み、
ステップa)において使用されるすべてのモノアルコールおよびポリオールの合計に対する前記PETの重量比が、20:1~5:1の範囲である、方法。 - ステップa)において使用されるすべてのモノアルコールおよびポリオールの合計に対する前記PETの重量比が、15:1~5:1の範囲である;または、
ステップa)で使用される前記1つ以上のモノアルコールおよび/またはポリオールが、それぞれ独立して、モノ、ジ、トリ、テトラ、またはヘキサ官能性アルコールからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - ステップb)において、脂肪酸メチルエステルが使用される;または、
前記1つ以上の酸または無水物が、それぞれ独立して、モノ、ジまたはトリカルボン酸誘導体からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記成分は、
a)PETが、全成分の総重量を基準にして、1重量%~60重量%、
b)1つ以上のモノアルコールおよび/またはポリオールが、全成分の総重量を基準にして、5重量%~25重量%、
c)1種以上の植物油、脂肪酸アルキルエステル、または油変性アルキド樹脂が、全成分の総重量を基準にして、25重量%~60重量%、および
d)1つ以上の酸または酸無水物が、全成分の総重量を基準にして、5重量%~30重量%、の量で使用される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記PETは、全成分の総重量を基準にして、25重量%~45重量%の量で使用される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって調製された、25℃で液体であるポリエステル樹脂。
- 1mgKOH/g~50mgKOH/gの酸価を有する;または、
1~500Pa・sの粘度を有する;または、
800~5000ダルトンの数平均分子量を有する;または、
1500~10,000ダルトンの重量平均分子量を有する、請求項6に記載のポリエステル樹脂。 - 請求項6または7に記載のポリエステル樹脂を含む、インキまたはコーティング組成物。
- a)請求項6または7に記載の液体ポリエステル樹脂であって、前記インキまたはコーティング組成物の総重量を基準にして、1重量%~60重量%の量である液体ポリエステル樹脂と、
b)前記インキまたはコーティング組成物の総重量を基準にして、0.1重量%~40重量%の量である1種以上の着色剤と、を含む、請求項8に記載のインキまたはコーティング組成物。 - a)前記インキまたはコーティング組成物の総重量を基準にして、0.1重量%~30重量%の量である1種以上のアルキド樹脂と、
b)前記コーティングまたはインキ組成物の総重量を基準にして、0.1重量%~30重量%の量である1種以上のロジン樹脂または炭化水素樹脂と、
c)前記インキまたはコーティング組成物の総重量を基準にして、0.1重量%~40重量%の量である1種以上の植物油、鉱物油、または脂肪酸アルキルエステルと、
d)前記インキまたはコーティング組成物の総重量を基準にして、0.1重量%~30重量%の量である1種以上の増量剤または充填剤と、
e)前記インキまたはコーティング組成物の総重量を基準にして、0.1重量%~4重量%の量である1種以上の安定剤と、
f)前記インキまたはコーティング組成物の総重量を基準にして、0.1重量%~5重量%の量である1種以上の酸化性乾燥剤と、のうちの1種以上をさらに含む、
請求項8に記載のインキまたはコーティング組成物。 - 平版印刷インキまたはコーティング組成物である;または、
せん断速度D=50 1/sで5~150Pa・sの粘度を有する枚葉平版印刷インキまたはコーティング組成物である;または、
せん断速度D=50 1/sで5~150Pa・sの粘度を有する平版印刷ヒートセットインキまたはコーティング組成物である、請求項8~10のいずれか一項に記載のインキまたはコーティング組成物。 - オーバープリントワニスの総重量を基準にして、1重量%~60重量%の量である、請求項6または7に記載の樹脂を含む、オーバープリントワニス。
- a)前記オーバープリントワニスの総重量を基準にして、0.1重量%~30重量%の量である1種以上のアルキド樹脂と、
b)前記オーバープリントワニスの総重量を基準にして、0.1重量%~30重量%の量である1種以上のロジン樹脂または炭化水素硬質樹脂と、
c)前記オーバープリントワニスの総重量を基準にして、0.1重量%~20重量%の量である1種以上の植物油、鉱物油、または脂肪酸アルキルエステルと、
d)前記オーバープリントワニスの総重量を基準にして、0.1重量%~5重量%の量である1種以上の酸化性乾燥剤と、
e)前記オーバープリントワニスの総重量を基準にして、0.1重量%~20重量%の量である1種以上の増量剤または充填剤と、のうちの1種以上をさらに含む、
請求項12に記載のオーバープリントワニス。 - 請求項8~11のいずれか一項に記載のインキまたはコーティング組成物を含む、印刷物。
- 請求項12または13のいずれか一項に記載のオーバープリントワニスを含む、印刷物。
