- 薄板試験片(2)を配置するための台(1)と、
前記薄板試験片(2)に剪断クラック又は鋭い切り欠きを切削するための切削パンチ(3)と、
を有する、薄板試験片を作成するための装置であって、
前記切削パンチ(3)には、中央垂直溝(32)と、前記中央垂直溝(32)によって分割された2つの切削部分(34)とが設けられ、かつ、
各切削部分(34)が、前記切削パンチ(3)の垂直軸(A)に対して鈍角をなしている
ことを特徴とする、薄板試験片を作成するための装置。 - 前記切削パンチ(3)が、斜めの下側端(31)を有する、請求項1に記載の薄板試験片を作成するための装置。
- 前記台(1)が、前記薄板試験片(2)を中心決めするための中心決め手段(11,12)を有する、請求項1に記載の薄板試験片を作成するための装置。
- 前記中心決め手段が、前記台(1)から突出するピン(12)が収容される複数の孔(11)を有する、請求項3に記載の薄板試験片を作成するための装置。
- 前記薄板試験片(2)を前記台(1)に押し付けるための押し付け要素(4)も有する、請求項1に記載の薄板試験片を作成するための装置。
- 前記押し付け要素(4)が、前記切削パンチ(3)の前記中央垂直溝(32)に入れられる、請求項5に記載の薄板試験片を作成するための装置。
- 前記切削パンチ(3)が、押し付け枠(5)に取り付けられた、請求項5または6に記載の薄板試験片を作成するための装置。
- 前記押し付け要素(4)がまた前記押し付け枠(5)に取り付けられた、請求項7に記載の薄板試験片を作成するための装置。
