Description
Claims (12)
- 過酸化物硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物であって、成分(A)~(C):
(A)過酸化物硬化性ポリオレフィン樹脂、
(B)有機過酸化物、および
(C)4-[[4,6-ビス(オクチルチオ)-1,3,5-トリアジン-2-イル]アミノ]-2,6-ビス(1,1-ジメチルエチル)-フェノール(「BOTAP」)を含み、
前記過酸化物硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物が、
95.0~99.70重量パーセント(重量%)の(A)、
0.20~2.5重量%の(B)、および
0.01~0.50重量%の(C)を含有し、
(i)アルファ-メチルスチレンダイマーである少なくとも1つの(D)助剤または
(ii)少なくとも1つの(E)トリス[(4-tert-ブチル-3-ヒドロキシ-2,6-ジメチルフェニル)メチル]-1,3,5-トリアジン-2,4,6-トリオンである第2の酸化防止剤をさらに含み、
上記全ての重量%が、前記過酸化物硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物の総重量に基づき、
(iii)4-ヒドロキシ-2,2,6,6-テトラメチル-1-ピペリジン-エタノールを有するブタン二酸ジメチルエステルポリマーである(F)ヒンダードアミン光安定剤(「HALS」)、または
(iv)金属水酸化物、膨張性化合物、もしくはハロゲン化化合物である、(G)難燃剤、または
(v)シランもしくはポリエチレングリコールである、(H)水トリー遅延剤もしくは電気トリー遅延剤、または
(vi)カーボンブラックである、(I)着色剤、または
(vii)2,2,6,6-テトラメチル-1-ピペリジニル-N-オキシルの誘導体である、(J)メチルラジカル捕捉剤、または
(viii)アルカンもしくはアルキル置換アレーンである(K)液体芳香族もしくは飽和炭化水素、または
(ix)(i)と(ii)との組み合わせ、または
(x)(i)、(ii)、および(iii)~(viii)のうちの少なくとも1つの組み合わせ、または
(xi)(i)、(ii)、(iii)、の組み合わせをさらに含み、
前記成分(D)、(F)、(G)、(H)、(I)、(J)、および(K)のそれぞれが独立して、(a)0.30~2.10重量%、または(b)0.05~0.5重量%、または(c)0.010~0.35重量%であり、
各(E)第2の酸化防止剤が独立して、(a)0.01~0.2重量%、または(b)0.01~0.10重量%であり、前記過酸化物硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物の総重量と前記(D)~(K)の合計重量とを基準とする全ての重量%が、前記過酸化物硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物の総重量の0.01重量%以上4.69重量%以下である、
過酸化物硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物。 - 前記(A)過酸化物硬化性ポリオレフィン樹脂が、
(i)過酸化物硬化性ポリエチレン樹脂(「pcPE」)、または
(ii)過酸化物硬化性低密度ポリエチレン樹脂(「pcLDPE」)である、pcPE、または
(iii)過酸化物硬化性高密度ポリエチレン樹脂(「pcHDPE」)である、pcPE、または
(iv)エチレン(C1-C4)アルキルアクリレートコポリマー(EAA)と過酸化物硬化性ポリエチレン(「pcPE」)との混合物である、pcPE、または
(v)0.5~3.0グラム/10分(g/10分)のメルトインデックス(I 2 )(190℃、2.16kg)、および0.90~0.95グラム/立方センチメートル(g/cm3)の密度を特徴とするpcLDPEである、pcPE、または
(vi)(i)~(iv)のうちのいずれか2つ以上の組み合わせである、請求項1に記載の過酸化物硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物。 - 前記(B)有機過酸化物が、ジクミルペルオキシドである、請求項1または2に記載の過酸化物硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物。
- (i)前記(B)有機過酸化物が、0.20~2.10重量%であり、または
(ii)前記(C)BOTAPが、0.015~0.50重量%であり、または
(i)と(ii)の組み合わせであり、
全ての重量%が、前記過酸化物硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物の総重量に基づく、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の過酸化物硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物。 - (i)前記(B)有機過酸化物が、0.20~2.10重量%であり、または(ii)前記(C)BOTAPが、0.05~0.42重量%であり、または(i)と(ii)の組み合わせであり、全ての重量%が、前記過酸化物硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物の総重量に基づく、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の過酸化物硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物。
- (i)前記(B)有機過酸化物が、0.50~2.00重量%であり、または
(ii)前記(C)BOTAPが、0.015~0.50重量%であり、または
(i)と(ii)の組み合わせであり、
全ての重量%が、前記過酸化物硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物の総重量に基づく、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の過酸化物硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物。 - (i)前記(B)有機過酸化物が、0.50~2.00重量%であり、または
(ii)前記(C)BOTAPが、0.05~0.42重量%であり、または
(i)と(ii)の組み合わせであり、
全ての重量%が、前記過酸化物硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物の総重量に基づく、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の過酸化物硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物。 - 過酸化物硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物を作製する方法であって、有効量の成分(A)~(C):
(A)過酸化物硬化性ポリオレフィン樹脂、
(B)有機過酸化物、および
(C)4-[[4,6-ビス(オクチルチオ)-1,3,5-トリアジン-2-イル]アミノ]-2,6-ビス(1,1-ジメチルエチル)-フェノールを接触させて、前記過酸化物硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物を得ることを含み、
前記過酸化物硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物が、
95.0~99.70重量パーセント(重量%)の(A)、
0.20~2.5重量%の(B)、および
0.01~0.50重量%の(C)を含有し、
(i)アルファ-メチルスチレンダイマーである少なくとも1つの(D)助剤または
(ii)少なくとも1つの(E)トリス(4-tert-ブチル-3-ヒドロキシ-2,6-ジメチルフェニル)メチル]-1,3,5-トリアジン-2,4,6-トリオンである第2の酸化防止剤をさらに含み、全ての重量%が、
前記過酸化物硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物の総重量に基づき
(iii)4-ヒドロキシ-2,2,6,6-テトラメチル-1-ピペリジン-エタノールを有するブタン二酸ジメチルエステルポリマーである(F)ヒンダードアミン光安定剤(「HALS」)、または
(iv)金属水酸化物、膨張性化合物、もしくはハロゲン化化合物である、(G)難燃剤、または
(v)シランもしくはポリエチレングリコールである、(H)水トリー遅延剤もしくは電気トリー遅延剤、または
(vi)カーボンブラックである、(I)着色剤、または
(vii)2,2,6,6-テトラメチル-1-ピペリジニル-N-オキシルの誘導体である、(J)メチルラジカル捕捉剤、または
(viii)アルカンもしくはアルキル置換アレーンである(K)液体芳香族もしくは飽和炭化水素、または
(ix)(i)と(ii)との組み合わせ、または
(x)(i)、(ii)、および(iii)~(viii)のうちの少なくとも1つの組み合わせ、または
(xi)(i)、(ii)、(iii)、の組み合わせをさらに含み、
前記成分(D)、(F)、(G)、(H)、(I)、(J)、および(K)のそれぞれが独立して、(a)0.30~2.10重量%、または(b)0.05~0.5重量%、または(c)0.010~0.35重量%であり、

- 導電性コアと前記導電性コアを少なくとも部分的に覆う絶縁層とを含む被覆導体であって、前記絶縁層の少なくとも一部が、請求項9に記載の過酸化物硬化ポリオレフィン生成物を含む、被覆導体。
- 電気を伝導する方法であって、請求項10に記載の被覆導体の前記導電性コア全体に電圧を印加して、前記導電性コアを通る電気の流れを発生させることを含む、方法。
