Description
(A-1)車両の走行状態が安定していること(たとえば、単位時間あたりのアクセル開度の変動量が所定値以下であること)。
(A-2)今回のトリップにおいてWGV診断よりも優先順位の高い診断が全て終わっていること。
(A-3)エンジン13において過給が行なわれている(すなわち、WGVアクチュエータ530がWGV520を全閉駆動している)こと。
(B)診断に用いる全てのデータをHVECU62が取得したこと。
(C-1)運転者によってアクセルがオフされたこと(たとえば、運転者がアクセルペダルから足を離したこと)。
(C-2)運転者から要求される走行トルクが大きく変動したこと(たとえば、単位時間あたりのアクセル開度の変動量が所定値を超えたこと)。
Claims (7)
- 駆動輪と、
前記駆動輪と機械的に連結される、エンジン、第1モータジェネレータ、及び第2モータジェネレータと、
前記エンジン、前記第1モータジェネレータ、及び前記第2モータジェネレータを制御する制御装置とを備えるハイブリッド車両であって、
前記エンジンは、燃焼を行なうエンジン本体と、前記エンジン本体に接続された吸気通路及び排気通路と、過給機と、前記排気通路に接続されたバイパス通路と、前記バイパス通路に設けられたウェイストゲートバルブと、前記ウェイストゲートバルブを駆動するWGVアクチュエータとを含み、
前記過給機は、前記吸気通路に設けられたコンプレッサと、前記排気通路に設けられたタービンとを備え、前記コンプレッサと前記タービンとは一体的に回転するように構成され、
前記バイパス通路は、前記タービンを迂回して排気を流すように構成され、
前記エンジン及び前記第1モータジェネレータの各々はプラネタリギヤを介して前記駆動輪に機械的に連結され、
前記プラネタリギヤ及び前記第2モータジェネレータは、前記プラネタリギヤから出力される動力と前記第2モータジェネレータから出力される動力とが合わさって前記駆動輪に伝達されるように構成され、
前記制御装置は、当該ハイブリッド車両の走行中に、前記エンジンにおける前記燃焼を停止し、かつ、前記第1モータジェネレータ及び前記第2モータジェネレータを協調制御することによって前記エンジンをモータリングしている状態で、前記WGVアクチュエータに指示を出して前記ウェイストゲートバルブを正常に制御できるか否かを診断するWGV診断を実行するように構成される、ハイブリッド車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記WGV診断の実行中において、走行のための走行トルクを前記第2モータジェネレータに発生させるとともに、前記エンジンの回転速度を一定に保つための調整トルクを前記第1モータジェネレータに発生させるように構成され、
前記制御装置は、前記WGV診断において、前記WGVアクチュエータに指示を出したときの前記調整トルクの挙動を用いて、前記ウェイストゲートバルブが指示どおりに動いたか否かを診断するように構成される、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記エンジンの過給圧を検出する過給圧センサと、前記エンジンの吸気流量を検出するエアフローメータとの少なくとも一方をさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記WGV診断において、前記WGVアクチュエータに指示を出したときの前記過給圧及び前記吸気流量の少なくとも一方の挙動を用いて、前記ウェイストゲートバルブが指示どおりに動いたか否かを診断するように構成される、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記制御装置は、診断ごとに優先順位が決められた複数種の診断を前記優先順位の高い診断から順に実行するように構成され、
前記複数種の診断は、前記WGV診断と、前記第1モータジェネレータ及び前記第2モータジェネレータに関する診断であるMG診断とを含み、
前記WGV診断の前記優先順位は、前記MG診断の前記優先順位よりも高い、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記制御装置は、所定のOBD規格に対応するOBD装置を含み、
前記WGV診断と前記MG診断とは、前記OBD規格が要求する診断項目に含まれる、請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記ウェイストゲートバルブは、負圧式のバルブである、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 駆動輪と、
前記駆動輪と機械的に連結される、エンジン、第1モータジェネレータ、及び第2モータジェネレータと、
前記エンジン、前記第1モータジェネレータ、及び前記第2モータジェネレータを制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記エンジンは、燃焼を行なうエンジン本体と、前記エンジン本体に接続された吸気通路及び排気通路と、過給機と、前記排気通路に接続されたバイパス通路と、前記バイパス通路に設けられたウェイストゲートバルブと、前記ウェイストゲートバルブを駆動するWGVアクチュエータとを含み、
前記過給機は、前記吸気通路に設けられたコンプレッサと、前記排気通路に設けられたタービンとを備え、前記コンプレッサと前記タービンとは一体的に回転するように構成され、
前記バイパス通路は、前記タービンを迂回して排気を流すように構成され、
前記エンジン及び前記第1モータジェネレータの各々はプラネタリギヤを介して前記駆動輪に機械的に連結され、
前記プラネタリギヤ及び前記第2モータジェネレータは、前記プラネタリギヤから出力される動力と前記第2モータジェネレータから出力される動力とが合わさって前記駆動輪に伝達されるように構成される、ハイブリッド車両の異常診断方法であって、
前記ハイブリッド車両の走行中に、所定の実行条件が成立するか否かを前記制御装置が判断することと、
前記実行条件が成立すると前記制御装置が判断した場合に、前記制御装置が、前記エンジンにおける前記燃焼を停止し、かつ、前記第1モータジェネレータ及び前記第2モータジェネレータを協調制御することによって前記エンジンをモータリングしている状態で、前記WGVアクチュエータに指示を出して前記ウェイストゲートバルブを正常に制御できるか否かを診断するWGV診断を実行することと、
前記制御装置が前記WGV診断を実行しているときに、所定の終了条件が成立すると、前記制御装置が前記WGV診断を終了することと、
を含む、ハイブリッド車両の異常診断方法。
