Description
本出願は例えば以下の発明も提供する。
[1] (A)半結晶性ポリオレフィンキャリア樹脂と、(B)酸性縮合触媒を含む添加剤パッケージと、を含む、添加剤マスターバッチ組成物であって、(A)が、前記添加剤マスターバッチ組成物の総重量(100.00重量%)の50~99重量パーセント(重量%)であり、前記添加剤パッケージが、1~50重量%である、添加剤マスターバッチ組成物。
[2] 前記(A)半結晶性ポリオレフィンキャリア樹脂が、(i)半結晶性中密度ポリエチレン、(ii)半結晶性高密度ポリエチレン、(iii)半結晶性ポリプロピレン、(iv)半結晶性エチレン/プロピレンコポリマー、(v)半結晶性ポリ(エチレン-コ-アルファ-オレフィン)コポリマー、(vi)(i)、(ii)、および(v)のうちのいずれか2つ以上の組み合わせ(例えば、混合物またはブレンド)、(vii)前記(A)半結晶性ポリオレフィンキャリア樹脂が、50~<100重量%の結晶化度を有するもの、または(viii)(i)~(vi)の限定、および前記(A)半結晶性ポリオレフィンキャリア樹脂のうちのいずれか1つが、50~<100重量%の結晶化度を有するもの、から本質的になる、上記[1]に記載の添加剤マスターバッチ組成物。
[3] 前記(A)半結晶性ポリオレフィンキャリア樹脂が、(i)少なくとも0.925g/cm 3 の密度のポリエチレンであるか、もしくは0.89~0.90g/cm 3 の密度のポリプロピレンであるもの、(ii)少なくとも50重量%の結晶化度のポリエチレンであるもの、(iii)190℃/2.16kg荷重で10分当たり0.1~20グラム(g/10分)のメルトフローインデックス(MFI)のポリエチレンであるか、もしくは230C/2.16kg荷重で0.5~50g/10分のメルトフローレート(MFR)のポリプロピレンであるもの、(iv)単峰性である分子量分布(MWD)、(v)二峰性であるMWD、(vi)(i)と(ii)との両方、(vii)(i)と(iii)との両方、(viii)(ii)と(iii)との両方、(ix)(iv)と、(i)~(iii)のうちの少なくとも1つとの両方、または(x)(v)と、(i)~(iii)のうちの少なくとも1つとの両方、を有する、上記[1]または[2]に記載の添加剤マスターバッチ組成物。
[4] 前記(B)酸性縮合触媒が、(i)有機スルホン酸、有機ホスホン酸、またはハロゲン化水素、(ii)有機スルホン酸、(iii)アルキル置換アリールスルホン酸、(iv)1つもしくは2つの(C 5 -C 20 )アルキル置換基(複数可)とフェニルもしくはナフチルである1つのアリール基とが存在する、アルキル置換アリールスルホン酸、(v)(C 1 -C 5 )アルキルホスホン酸であって、前記(C 1 -C 5 )アルキルが非置換であるかもしくは1つの-NH 2 基で置換されている、(C 1 -C 5 )アルキルホスホン酸、(vi)HF、HCl、もしくはHBr、(vii)ルイス酸、または(viii)(i)~(vii)のうちのいずれか2つ以上の組み合わせである、上記[1]~[3]のいずれか一項に記載の添加剤マスターバッチ組成物。
[5] (C)式(I):(R 1 -Ar) 2 NH(I)であって、式中、各Arが、ベンゼン-1,4-ジイル、または両方のArが、互いに結合し、前記式(I)のNHと一緒になって、カルバゾール-3,6-ジイルを構成し、各R 1 が、独立して、(C 1 -C 20 )ヒドロカルビルである、式(I)の第二級ジアリールアミン、(D)式(I)および互いとは異なる構造を各々有する、1つまたは2つの第2の酸化防止剤、(E)加工助剤、(F)着色剤、(G)金属不活性化剤、(H)(不飽和炭素-炭素結合)を含まない加水分解性シラン、(I)腐食防止剤、(J)添加剤(D)~(I)のうちのいずれか2つ以上の組み合わせ、ならびに(K)(B)と(C)との反応生成物、から選択された少なくとも1つの添加剤をさらに含む、上記[1]~[4]のいずれか一項に記載の添加剤マスターバッチ組成物。
[6] 前記(K)(B)と(C)との反応生成物をさらに含み、(i)前記(B)と(C)との反応生成物が、(B)と(C)との酸/塩基反応によって形成された塩を含むか、(ii)前記添加剤パッケージが、未反応の(B)をさらに含むが未反応の(C)を含まないか、(iii)前記添加剤パッケージが、未反応の(C)をさらに含むが未反応の(B)を含まないか、または(iv)前記添加剤パッケージが、未反応の(B)および未反応の(C)をさらに含む、上記[5]に記載の添加剤マスターバッチ組成物。
[7] 上記[1]~[6]のいずれか一項に記載の添加剤マスターバッチ組成物および(加水分解性シリル基)-官能性ポリオレフィンプレポリマーを含む、湿気硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物であって、前記(加水分解性シリル基)-官能性ポリオレフィンプレポリマー中で、(i)各加水分解性シリル基が、独立して、式(II):(R 2 ) m (R 3 ) 3-m Si-(II)の一価の基であり、式中、添字mが、1、2、もしくは3の整数であり、各R 2 が、独立して、H、HO-、(C 1 -C 6 )アルコキシ、(C 2 -C 6 )カルボキシ、((C 1 -C 6 )アルキル) 2 N-、(C 1 -C 6 )アルキル(H)C=NO-、もしくは((C 1 -C 6 )アルキル) 2 C=NO-であり、各R 3 が、独立して、(C 1 -C 6 )アルキルもしくはフェニルであるか、(ii)前記ポリオレフィンが、ポリエチレン系、ポリ(エチレン-コ-(C 3 -C 40 )アルファ-オレフィン)-系、もしくはそれらの組み合わせであるか、または(iii)(i)と(ii)との両方である、湿気硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物。
[8] 湿気硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物を作製する方法であって、(加水分解性シリル基)-官能性ポリオレフィンプレポリマーと上記[1]~[6]のいずれか一項に記載の添加剤マスターバッチ組成物の分割された固体形態とを混合して混合物を得ることと、前記混合物を溶融または押し出しして、前記湿気硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物を作製することと、を含む、方法。
[9] 上記[7]に記載の湿気硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物の湿気硬化の生成物である、湿気硬化されたポリオレフィン組成物、または前記湿気硬化されたポリオレフィン組成物を得るために上記[8]に記載の方法によって作製された、湿気硬化されたポリオレフィン組成物。
[10] 上記[9]に記載の湿気硬化されたポリオレフィン組成物の成形体を含む、製造物品。
[11] 導電性コアと、前記導電性コアを少なくとも部分的に囲むポリマー層とを含む被覆導体であって、前記ポリマー層の少なくとも一部分が、上記[9]に記載の湿気硬化されたポリオレフィン組成物を含む、被覆導体。
[12] 電気を伝導する方法であって、上記[11]に記載の被覆導体の前記導電性コア全体に電圧を印加して、前記導電性コアを通る電気の流れを発生させることを含む、方法。
Claims (10)
- (A)半結晶性ポリオレフィンキャリア樹脂と、
(B)酸性縮合触媒および(C)式(I):(R 1 -Ar) 2 NH の第二級ジアリールアミンを含む添加剤パッケージと、
を含む、添加剤マスターバッチ組成物であって、
(A)が、前記添加剤マスターバッチ組成物の総重量(100.00重量%)の50~99重量パーセント(重量%)であり、前記添加剤パッケージが、1~50重量%であり、前記(A)半結晶性ポリオレフィンキャリア樹脂が、50~100重量%未満の結晶化度を有し、かつ限定(i)~(vi):(i)半結晶性中密度ポリエチレン、(ii)半結晶性高密度ポリエチレン、(iii)半結晶性ポリプロピレン、(iv)半結晶性エチレン/プロピレンコポリマー、(v)半結晶性ポリ(エチレン-コ-アルファ-オレフィン)コポリマー、ならびに(vi)(i)、(ii)、および(v)のうちのいずれか2つ以上の組み合わせ、のうちのいずれか1つから本質的になり、
前記(A)半結晶性ポリオレフィンキャリア樹脂は、前記(A)半結晶性ポリオレフィンキャリア樹脂以外のいずれのキャリア樹脂も含まないものであり、
前記式(I)の式中、各Arは、ベンゼン-1,4-ジイルであるか、または両方のArは、互いに結合し、前記式(I)のNHと一緒になって、カルバゾール-3,6-ジイルを構成し、各R 1 が、独立して、(C 1 -C 20 )ヒドロカルビルである、
添加剤マスターバッチ組成物。 - 前記(A)半結晶性ポリオレフィンキャリア樹脂が、(i)少なくとも0.925g/cm3の密度のポリエチレンであるか、もしくは0.89~0.90g/cm3の密度のポリプロピレンであるもの、(ii)少なくとも50重量%の結晶化度のポリエチレンであるもの、(iii)190℃/2.16kg荷重で10分当たり0.1~20グラム(g/10分)のメルトフローインデックス(MFI)のポリエチレンであるか、もしくは230℃/2.16kg荷重で0.5~50g/10分のメルトフローレート(MFR)のポリプロピレンであるもの、(iv)単峰性である分子量分布(MWD)、(v)二峰性であるMWD、(vi)(i)と(ii)との両方、(vii)(i)と(iii)との両方、(viii)(ii)と(iii)との両方、(ix)(iv)と、(i)~(iii)のうちの少なくとも1つとの両方、または(x)(v)と、(i)~(iii)のうちの少なくとも1つとの両方、を有する、請求項1に記載の添加剤マスターバッチ組成物。
- 前記(B)酸性縮合触媒が、(i)有機スルホン酸、有機ホスホン酸、またはハロゲン化水素、(ii)有機スルホン酸、(iii)アルキル置換アリールスルホン酸、(iv)1つもしくは2つの(C5-C20)アルキル置換基(複数可)とフェニルもしくはナフチルである1つのアリール基とが存在する、アルキル置換アリールスルホン酸、(v)(C1-C5)アルキルホスホン酸であって、前記(C1-C5)アルキルが非置換であるかもしくは1つの-NH2基で置換されている、(C1-C5)アルキルホスホン酸、(vi)HF、HCl、もしくはHBr、(vii)ルイス酸、または(viii)(i)~(vii)のうちのいずれか2つ以上の組み合わせである、請求項1または請求項2のいずれか一項に記載の添加剤マスターバッチ組成物。
- (D)式(I)とは異なる構造を有する、1つまたは2つの第2の酸化防止剤、
(E)加工助剤、
(F)着色剤、
(G)金属不活性化剤、
(H)(不飽和炭素-炭素結合)を含まない加水分解性シラン、
(I)腐食防止剤、および
(J)添加剤(D)~(I)のうちのいずれか2つ以上の組み合わせ
から選択された少なくとも1つの添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の添加剤マスターバッチ組成物。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の添加剤マスターバッチ組成物および(加水分解性シリル基)-官能性ポリオレフィンプレポリマーを含む、湿気硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物であって、前記(加水分解性シリル基)-官能性ポリオレフィンプレポリマー中で、(i)各加水分解性シリル基が、独立して、式(II):(R2)m(R3)3-mSi-(II)の一価の基であり、式中、添字mが、1、2、もしくは3の整数であり、各R2が、独立して、H、HO-、(C1-C6)アルコキシ、(C2-C6)カルボキシ、((C1-C6)アルキル)2N-、(C1-C6)アルキル(H)C=NO-、もしくは((C1-C6)アルキル)2C=NO-であり、各R3が、独立して、(C1-C6)アルキルもしくはフェニルであるか、(ii)前記ポリオレフィンが、ポリエチレン系、ポリ(エチレン-コ-(C3-C40)アルファ-オレフィン)-系、もしくはそれらの組み合わせであるか、または(iii)(i)と(ii)との両方である、湿気硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物。
- 湿気硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物を作製する方法であって、(加水分解性シリル基)-官能性ポリオレフィンプレポリマーと請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の添加剤マスターバッチ組成物の分割された固体形態とを混合して混合物を得ることと、前記混合物を溶融または押し出しして、前記湿気硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物を作製することと、を含む、方法。
- 請求項5に記載の湿気硬化性ポリオレフィン組成物の湿気硬化の生成物である、湿気硬化されたポリオレフィン組成物。
- 請求項7に記載の湿気硬化されたポリオレフィン組成物の成形体を含む、製造物品。
- 導電性コアと、前記導電性コアを少なくとも部分的に囲むポリマー層とを含む被覆導体であって、前記ポリマー層の少なくとも一部分が、請求項7に記載の湿気硬化されたポリオレフィン組成物を含む、被覆導体。
- 電気を伝導する方法であって、請求項9に記載の被覆導体の前記導電性コア全体に電圧を印加して、前記導電性コアを通る電気の流れを発生させることを含む、方法。
