ポリビニルアセタールPBおよび少なくとも1つの可塑剤WBを含む少なくとも1つの膜Bと、
高分子膜Cと、
からなる合わせガラスにおいて、
- 膜Aが、1質量%未満の可塑剤WAを含み、
- 膜Bが、少なくとも16質量%の可塑剤WBを含み、
- 膜Cが、ポリアミド、ポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET)、ポリブチレンテレフタラート(PBT)、ポリビニルアルコール(PVA)、ポリ乳酸(PLA)、酢酸セルロースまたはイオノマーを含み、
膜Cが、膜Aと膜Bとの間に配置されており、
膜Aの厚さが、10μm~80μmであり、
合わせガラスの辺縁部で膜Aと膜Bとが直に接しているか、合わせガラスの辺縁部で2枚のガラス板と膜Bとが直に接していることを特徴とする、合わせガラス。 - 膜Cが10%伸びる際の引張応力は、膜Bが10%伸びる際の引張応力の少なくとも100%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の合わせガラス。
- 膜Cが、遮熱機能を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の合わせガラス。
- 膜Cが、金属製の遮熱コーティングを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の合わせガラス。
- 膜Cが、遮熱性粒子を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の合わせガラス。
- 膜Aが、遮熱性粒子を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記膜Aが、6質量%~26質量%のビニルアルコール基の割合を有するポリビニルアセタールPAを含み、前記膜Bが、14質量%~26質量%のビニルアルコール基の割合を有するポリビニルアセタールPBを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記膜Bが、カルボン酸のアルカリ金属塩および/またはカルボン酸のアルカリ土類金属塩を0.001質量%~0.1質量%含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記膜Cが、前記膜Bよりも小さな表面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記膜Cが、少なくとも1つの開口部を有し、その結果、前記開口部によって前記膜Bが前記膜Aと直に接することを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記膜Bが、くさび形の厚さプロファイルを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記膜Bが、着色された領域を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記膜Aが、着色された領域を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記膜Aが、150ppm未満の塩化物イオンおよび/または硝酸イオンおよび/または硫酸イオンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記膜Aおよび前記膜Bが、60℃で1時間保持した場合に押出方向で25%未満の熱収縮を示す、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
