Abstract
Description
実施の形態1に係る降圧コンバータについて説明する。図1は、本実施の形態に係る降圧コンバータの回路構成を示す回路図である。図1に示すように、降圧コンバータは、スイッチング回路部10と、降圧トランス20と、複数の整流素子30a、30bと、を有している。
実施の形態2に係る降圧コンバータについて説明する。図7は、本実施の形態に係る降圧コンバータにおける樹脂成形体の実装面の構成を示す断面図である。なお、実施の形態1と同一の機能及び作用を有する構成要素については、同一の符号を付してその説明を省略する。
実施の形態3に係る降圧コンバータについて説明する。図8は、本実施の形態に係る降圧コンバータの要部構成を示す斜視図である。図9は、本実施の形態に係る降圧コンバータの要部構成を示す上面図である。なお、実施の形態1又は2と同一の機能及び作用を有する構成要素については、同一の符号を付してその説明を省略する。
Claims (5)
- 1次側コイルと2次側コイルとを有する降圧トランスと、
非導電性樹脂を用いて前記1次側コイル及び前記2次側コイルと共に一体成形された樹脂成形体と、
前記2次側コイルの誘起電圧を整流する整流素子と、
を備え、
前記整流素子は、表面実装タイプであり、
前記樹脂成形体は、前記整流素子が実装される実装面を有しており、
前記2次側コイルは、第1板状端子を有しており、
前記第1板状端子は、前記実装面において前記樹脂成形体から露出しており、
前記実装面には、隙間を挟んで前記第1板状端子と並列した第2板状端子が設けられており、
前記整流素子は、前記第1板状端子及び前記第2板状端子の双方に、はんだを用いたはんだ付けにより接合されており、
前記非導電性樹脂は、前記はんだの融点よりも高い融点を有しており、
前記第1板状端子と前記第2板状端子との間に位置する前記実装面には、空洞部が形成されている降圧コンバータ。 - 前記第1板状端子及び前記第2板状端子の少なくとも一方は、前記整流素子に接合された凸部を有している請求項1に記載の降圧コンバータ。
- 前記樹脂成形体を収容する筐体をさらに備え、
前記樹脂成形体には、金属製の筒状のカラー部が形成されており、
前記樹脂成形体は、前記カラー部に挿入されたネジにより前記筐体に固定されている請求項1又は請求項2に記載の降圧コンバータ。 - 前記樹脂成形体を収容する筐体をさらに備え、
前記樹脂成形体と前記筐体との間には、伝熱部材が設けられている請求項1又は請求項2に記載の降圧コンバータ。 - 前記第1板状端子及び前記第2板状端子の少なくとも一方における前記整流素子との接合面には、凹部又は溝部が形成されている請求項1~請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の降圧コンバータ。
