Description
(1)本発明により、難溶性生理活性物質を包摂する水溶性アウレオバシジウム培養液が得られ、相乗効果により、生理活性物質単独摂取より、生理活性効果を高めることができる。
(2)本発明により、特に血糖値抑制効果があるクリプトキサンチンの水溶性を可能にし、効果的な腸管吸収を高めることができる。
(3)本発明により、メチルカテキンの抗アレルギー性能を高め、花粉症に]悩む人の花粉症などのアレルギー抑制に寄与する。
(4)脂溶性生理活性物質の水溶性を実現することができ、生理活性を高めることができることが実現した。

FERMBP-8391株を前培養したもの100mlをシュークロース120g、リンゴエキス120g、ビタミンC10g、CaCl2.1g、MgCL2 0.5g、米ぬか3g、蒸留水10Lを入れたシャファーメンター(PH6)に植菌して23℃、12時間培養を行い、培養液10L(PH4.6)を得た。

Claims (1)
- アウレオバシジウム属菌株を培養時にトリプトキサンチン、アスタキサンチン、ヘスペリジン、メチルカテキンから選択された生理活性物質を撹拌分散させ、水溶性βグルカンを産生するとともにジェル状の産生β―グルカン内部に上記生理活性物質を包摂して、該生理活性物質の生理活性をβグルカンとの相乗効果により高めるようにしたことを特徴とするβグルカン包摂物質の製造方法。
