- 基材への耐食性システムの配置方法であって、
めっき材料を前記基材に被覆することと、
溶媒と、亜鉛、カルシウム、ストロンチウム、マグネシウムまたはアルミニウムのうち少なくとも1つを含む少なくとも1種の腐食抑制カチオンと、ケイ酸塩を含む腐食抑制アニオンと、エチレンジアミン四酢酸(EDTA)、ニトリロ三酢酸(NTA)、シュウ酸、ギ酸、酢酸、酒石酸、ニコチン酸、クエン酸、またはマロン酸のうち少なくとも1つを含む錯化剤と、を組み合わせることにより、化成皮膜溶液を形成することと、
前記化成皮膜溶液を前記基材上の前記めっき材料に被覆して、化成皮膜を形成することと、
腐食抑制組成物及び被覆ビヒクルを組み合わせることにより、耐食性皮膜を形成することと、
前記耐食性皮膜を前記化成皮膜に被覆することと、
を備え、
