Abstract

Description
本出願は、「Anti−Corrosion and/or Passivation Compositions for Metal Containing Substrates and Methods for Making,Enhancing,And Applying the Same」と題し、2014年6月26日に出願された、特許出願第14/316,123号への優先権を主張するものであり、かつその継続であり、その全体として参照することにより本明細書に組み込まれる。第‘123号出願は、「‘Smart release’ anti−corrosion pigment compositions and preparation methods for Zn−Ni coated metal substrates」と題し、2014年3月28日に出願された、米国仮特許出願第61/971,993号の優先権を主張するものであり、かつその非仮出願であり、この内容もまた、その全体として参照することにより本明細書に組み込まれる。

Claims (20)
- 酸化亜鉛と、水酸化安息香酸亜鉛と、安息香酸ナトリウムと、モリブデン酸塩化合物と、ケイ酸塩化合物と、を含むことを特徴とする腐食抑制組成物。
- 前記モリブデン酸塩は、前記腐食抑制組成物の10重量%〜90重量%を成すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腐食抑制組成物。
- 前記ケイ酸塩化合物は、前記腐食抑制組成物の10重量%〜90重量%を成すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腐食抑制組成物。
- エポキシ、ポリウレタン、アルキド、ポリスルフィド、シリコーン、アクリル、またはブタジエンのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、適用ビヒクルをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腐食抑制組成物。
- 前記酸化亜鉛、前記水酸化安息香酸亜鉛、および前記安息香酸ナトリウムは、まとめて、前記腐食抑制組成物の33重量%を成し、前記モリブデン酸塩化合物は、前記腐食抑制組成物の33重量%を成し、前記ケイ酸塩化合物は、前記腐食抑制組成物の33重量%を成すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腐食抑制組成物。
- 前記モリブデン酸塩化合物は、ZnMoO4、CaMoO4、またはMgMoO4のうちの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腐食抑制組成物。
- 前記ケイ酸塩化合物は、MgSiO3、ZnSiO3、またはCaSiO3のうちの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腐食抑制組成物。
- ニコチン酸、ニコチン酸の塩、MgC2O4、Na2WO4、CaWO4、またはMgSiO3およびZnMoO4の混合物のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、スマート放出補助剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の腐食抑制組成物。
- 前記腐食抑制組成物の腐食電流は、0.06μA/cm2未満または約0.06μA/cm2のうちの少なくとも1つ 水中の3500ppm NaCl中の三価クロムプロセス(「TCP」)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腐食抑制組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の腐食抑制組成物でコーティングされることを特徴とする航空機着陸装置構成要素。
- 酸化亜鉛と、リン酸亜鉛と、ケイ酸カルシウムと、リン酸アルミニウムと、亜鉛カルシウムストロンチウムアルミニウムオルトリン酸塩ケイ酸塩水和物と、モリブデン酸塩と、ケイ酸塩化合物と、を含むことを特徴とする腐食抑制組成物。
- 前記モリブデン酸塩は、前記腐食抑制組成物の10重量%〜90重量%を成すことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の腐食抑制組成物。
- 前記ケイ酸塩化合物は、前記腐食抑制組成物の10重量%〜90重量%を成すことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の腐食抑制組成物。
- 酸化亜鉛、前記リン酸亜鉛、前記ケイ酸カルシウム、前記リン酸アルミニウム、および前記亜鉛カルシウムストロンチウムアルミニウムオルトリン酸塩ケイ酸塩水和物は、まとめて、前記腐食抑制組成物の33重量%を成し、前記モリブデン酸塩化合物は、前記腐食抑制組成物の33重量%を成し、前記ケイ酸塩化合物は、前記腐食抑制組成物の33重量%を成すことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の腐食抑制組成物。
- 前記モリブデン酸塩化合物は、ZnMoO4、CaMoO4、またはMgMoO4のうちの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の腐食抑制組成物。
- 前記ケイ酸塩化合物は、MgSiO3、ZnSiO3、またはCaSiO3のうちの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の腐食抑制組成物。
- エポキシ、ポリウレタン、アルキド、ポリスルフィド、シリコーン、アクリル、またはブタジエンのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、適用ビヒクルをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の腐食抑制組成物。
