前記第1固定フレームは、トレイ形状で板上に予め指定された位置ごとに前記円筒状電池セルを立てて一つずつ挟み込むように設けられるセル下端ホルダー部と、前記セル下端ホルダー部の間に上下方向へ貫通して形成される貫通孔と、を備え、前記貫通孔を通じて前記第1固定フレームの下部から上部へ流入する熱伝導性接着液を含み得る。

Claims (7)
- 複数個の円筒状電池セルと、前記円筒状電池セルが起立して配置されるように前記円筒状電池セルを支持する第1固定フレームとを含むバッテリーモジュールであって、
前記第1固定フレームは、
トレイ形状で板上に予め指定された位置ごとに前記円筒状電池セルを立てて一つずつ挟み込むように設けられるセル下端ホルダー部と、
前記セル下端ホルダー部の間に上下方向へ貫通して形成される複数の貫通孔と、
を備え、
前記貫通孔を通じて前記第1固定フレームの下部から上部へ流入する熱伝導性接着液を含み、
前記セル下端ホルダー部が、
前記円筒状電池セルの直径に対応して上下方向に貫通して形成された複数の下端挿入ホールを含み、
前記貫通孔は、互いに隣り合う前記下端挿入ホール同士の間に設けられており、
前記第1固定フレームは、
前記第1固定フレームの下面で前記下端挿入ホールの鉛直下部へ一端が水平に延びて配置され、前記円筒状電池セルの下面の一部を支持する下端支持体をさらに含み、
前記下端支持体は複数のブランチ部を有し、前記ブランチ部の一端は、互いに隣接して配置された前記下端挿入ホールの鉛直下部に配置されており、
前記セル下端ホルダー部が、
前記下端挿入ホールの周り方向に沿って所定の間隔ごとに不連続的に突出した曲面を有する柱状で前記円筒状電池セルの下端部の外周面の周りを部分的に支持するように形成された複数の下端周り支持体を含み、
前記複数の貫通孔のそれぞれは、前記複数の下端周り支持体の間に設けられていることを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記円筒状電池セルを中心にして周り方向に沿って、前記貫通孔と前記下端周り支持体とが交互に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- トレイ形状で板上に予め指定された位置ごとに前記円筒状電池セルの上端部を各々覆うセル上端ホルダー部を備え、前記複数個の円筒状電池セルを間に置いて前記第1固定フレームと相互結合する第2固定フレームをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記セル上端ホルダー部が、
前記セル下端ホルダー部の前記下端挿入ホールに一対一で対応するように上下方向へ貫通して形成された上端挿入ホールを備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第2固定フレームが、
前記第2固定フレームの上面で前記上端挿入ホールの鉛直上部へ一端が水平に延びて配置され、前記円筒状電池セルの上面の一部を支持して、前記下端支持体と共に前記円筒状電池セルの上下動を制限する上端支持体をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 容器形状を有する冷却トレイであって、内部に前記熱伝導性接着液及び前記第1固定フレームを収容する冷却トレイをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
