Claims (4)
- 電動モータと、前記電動モータの回転運動を直線運動に変換する運動変換機構とを備え、前記運動変換機構が、回転可能に支持されたナットと、前記ナットの回転に伴って軸方向に移動するねじ軸とを有し、前記ねじ軸の軸方向端面を覆うケースが設けられた電動アクチュエータにおいて、
前記ねじ軸の軸方向端面と対向する前記ケースの対向面に当接可能な弾性部材を、前記ねじ軸の軸方向端面に設け、
前記弾性部材は、前記ねじ軸の軸方向端面に設けられた軸方向の孔部に挿入される差込部を有することを特徴とする電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記差込部の外径を前記孔部の内径より小さい径に設定し、
前記差込部に、前記差込部が前記孔部に挿入された状態で前記孔部の内周面に対して圧接する突起を設けた請求項1に記載の電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記孔部の周壁部と前記差込部とのそれぞれに、軸方向とは直交又は交差する方向に挿通孔を設け、
前記各挿通孔に前記ねじ軸の回転を規制する回転規制部材を挿通した請求項1又は2に記載の電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記孔部から外部に露出する前記弾性部材の部分に、前記差込部に設けられた前記挿通孔の周方向位相を特定するための印を設けた請求項3に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
