Claims (4)
- アクチュエータに接続されるポートを有するボディと、前記ボディ内に形成された流路を通過する作動液の流量を調整する流量調整部材と、圧力補償弁と、を各々備えた流体制御弁を、複数個列設した構成を有するクローズドセンター回路方式の流体制御装置であって、
前記複数の流体制御弁のうち負荷圧が最大の流体制御弁に供給される作動液の圧力に対応したメインリリーフバルブと、
前記複数の流体制御弁のうち負荷圧が最大の流体制御弁以外の複数の流体制御弁に供給される作動液の圧力に対応したセカンダリーリリーフバルブと、
前記複数の流体制御弁のうち負荷圧が最大の流体制御弁の荷役ラインと、前記メインリリーフバルブと、前記複数の流体制御弁における各圧力補償弁とを接続する第1通路と、
前記複数の流体制御弁のうち負荷圧が最大の流体制御弁以外の複数の流体制御弁の荷役ラインと前記セカンダリーリリーフバルブとを接続する第2通路と、
前記複数の流体制御弁のうち負荷圧が最大の流体制御弁以外の複数の流体制御弁の荷役ラインと前記第2通路とを接続する通路に各々配設されたチェックバルブと、
前記複数の流体制御弁のうち負荷圧が最大の流体制御弁の荷役ラインにおける作動液と前記第2通路における作動液とのうちの圧力の高い方の作動液を、前記第1通路を介して、前記メインリリーフバルブと、前記複数の流体制御弁における各圧力補償弁とに送液する通路切替手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする流体制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の流体制御装置において、
前記通路切替手段は、供給口が前記第2通路と前記複数の流体制御弁のうち負荷圧が最大の流体制御弁の荷役ラインとに接続され、吐出口が前記前記第1通路に接続されたシャトルバルブである流体制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の流体制御装置において、
前記通路切替手段は、前記第2通路と前記第1通路との間に配設されたチェックバルブと、前記複数の流体制御弁のうち負荷圧が最大の流体制御弁の荷役ラインと前記第1通路との間に配設されたチェックバルブとを有する流体制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の流体制御装置において、
前記流量調整部材は、前記ボディ内を移動するスプールである流体制御装置。
