Claims (16)
- PVC又はそのアロイを含む固体の熱可塑性樹脂と;
前記熱可塑性樹脂の100部当たり1.5部~2.5部の粉末状の固体コア-シェル衝撃改質剤であって、少なくとも90重量%のゴム含有量を有する粒子である固体コア-シェル衝撃改質剤と
を含み、前記粒子は、同等の又は実質的に同等の平均粒径を有する多くとも1つの集団であり、前記固体コア-シェル衝撃改質剤は、メタクリレート-ブタジエン-スチレンコポリマー(MBS)、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエン-スチレンコポリマー(ABS)、アクリルコア/シェルポリマー(AIM)及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択され、前記固体コア-シェル衝撃改質剤の粒子の前記シェルがスチレンホモポリマー、アルキルスチレンホモポリマー、メタクリル酸メチルホモポリマー又は前記ホモポリマーを構成するモノマーを少なくとも70重量%含むコポリマーである、熱可塑性組成物。 - 前記熱可塑性樹脂がPVCである、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 前記固体コア-シェル衝撃改質剤が、93重量%を超えるゴム含有量を有する、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 前記固体コア-シェル衝撃改質剤が、93.5重量%~96重量%のゴム含有量を有する、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 前記組成物から形成された製品が、組成物であって、それが前記固体コア-シェル衝撃改質剤の代わりに前記熱可塑性樹脂の100部当たり少なくとも3.5部のCPEを含むことを除いて同一である組成物から形成された製品の正規化平均耐衝撃性に等しいか、又はそれよりも大きい正規化平均耐衝撃性を有する、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- (i)少なくとも1つの安定剤、(ii)少なくとも1つの潤滑剤、(iii)少なくとも1つの加工助剤、(iv)少なくとも1つの無機充填材、及び(v)それらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの追加の原料をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- パイプ、フローリング、発泡体、羽目板、柵材料、パネル用材、甲板用材、キャップストック、窓枠、又はドア枠の形態での請求項1に記載の熱可塑性組成物を含む物品。
- PVC又はそのアロイを含む固体の熱可塑性樹脂を、前記熱可塑性樹脂の100部当たり1.5部~2.5部の粉末状の固体コア-シェル衝撃改質剤とブレンドする工程であって、前記固体コア-シェル衝撃改質剤が少なくとも90重量%のゴム含有量を有する粒子であり、前記粒子は、同等の又は実質的に同等の平均粒径を有する多くとも1つの集団であり、前記固体コア-シェル衝撃改質剤は、メタクリレート-ブタジエン-スチレンコポリマー(MBS)、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエン-スチレンコポリマー(ABS)、アクリルコア/シェルポリマー(AIM)及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択され、前記固体コア-シェル衝撃改質剤の粒子の前記シェルがスチレンホモポリマー、アルキルスチレンホモポリマー、メタクリル酸メチルホモポリマー又は前記ホモポリマーを構成するモノマーを少なくとも70重量%含むコポリマーである、工程を含む、熱可塑性組成物を製造する方法。
- 少なくとも1つの追加の原料を、前記熱可塑性樹脂及び前記固体コア-シェル衝撃改質剤とブレンドする工程をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法であって、前記少なくとも1つの原料が、(i)少なくとも1つの安定剤、(ii)少なくとも1つの潤滑剤、(iii)少なくとも1つの加工助剤、(iv)少なくとも1つの無機充填材、及び(v)それらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、方法。
- 前記熱可塑性組成物を押し出して物品を形成する工程をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂がPVCである、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記固体コア-シェル衝撃改質剤が93.5重量%~96重量%のゴム含有量を有する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記固体コア-シェル衝撃改質剤が93重量%超であるゴム含有量を有する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記固体コア-シェル衝撃改質剤が93重量%~97重量%のゴム含有量を有する、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 少なくとも1種の線状非コア/シェル加工助剤、及び/又は炭酸カルシウム、シリカ、粘土、モンモリロナイト、ゼオライト及びパーライトよりなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の無機充填材をさらに含み、前記固体コア-シェル衝撃改質剤、線状非コア/シェル加工助剤及び/又は無機充填材が共噴霧乾燥された、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 前記非コア/シェル加工助剤が90℃未満のTgを有する低Tg加工助剤である、請求項15に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
