Description

b)耐衝撃性改良剤+官能化不溶性プロセス助剤+官能化可溶性プロセス助剤+非官能化可溶性プロセス助剤;
c)耐衝撃性改良剤+官能化可溶性プロセス助剤;
d)耐衝撃性改良剤+官能化可溶性プロセス助剤+非官能化可溶性プロセス助剤。
a)エポキシ官能基、ヒドロキシル官能基、β-ケトエステル官能基、β-ケトアミド官能基及びカルボン酸官能基より成る群から選択される少なくとも1種の反応性官能基で官能化された少なくとも1種の官能化プロセス助剤を含む少なくとも1種のプロセス助剤;並びに
b)少なくとも1種の耐衝撃性改良剤:
を含み/から本質的に成り/から成り、
前記ワンパックポリマー変性剤は、複数の個別粒子の形にあり、且つ前記個別粒子の少なくとも一部が、前記少なくとも1種のプロセス助剤及び前記少なくとも1種の耐衝撃性改良剤の両方を含有する、前記ワンパックポリマー変性剤。
a)前記1種以上の官能化プロセス助剤の少なくとも1種が架橋されていること;又は
b)前記官能化プロセス助剤の少なくとも1種がそれ自体によって若しくは熱可塑性ポリマーによって架橋可能であること:
の少なくとも1つが存在する、局面1~7のいずれかに従うワンパックポリマー変性剤。
PVC又はPVCアロイ及び局面1~18のいずれかに従うワンパックポリマー変性剤から前記製造物品を形成させることを含む、前記方法。
局面1~18のいずれかに従う少なくとも1種の前記ワンパックポリマー変性剤とPVCポリマー又はPVCアロイとを混合することによってPVC又はPVCアロイコンパウンドを調製し、且つ前記PVC又はPVCアロイコンパウンドからPVC又はPVCアロイ部品を成形することを含む、前記方法。
前記PVC又はPVCアロイコンパウンドは、界面活性剤、分散剤、フィラー、熱安定剤、内部及び外部潤滑剤、他のプロセス助剤、溶融強度添加剤、流動助剤、前記ワンパックポリマー変性剤のパーツではないプロセス助剤、前記ワンパックポリマー変性剤のパーツではない耐衝撃性改良剤並びに顔料より成る群から選択される1種以上の添加剤をさらに含むことができる。
Claims (23)
- ポリ塩化ビニル及びポリ塩化ビニルアロイ用のワンパックポリマー変性剤であって、
a)エポキシ官能基、ヒドロキシル官能基、β-ケトエステル官能基、β-ケトアミド官能基及びカルボン酸官能基より成る群から選択される少なくとも1種の反応性官能基で官能化された少なくとも1種の官能化プロセス助剤を含む少なくとも1種のプロセス助剤;並びに
b)少なくとも1種の耐衝撃性改良剤:
を含み、
前記ワンパックポリマー変性剤は、複数の個別粒子の形にあり、且つ前記個別粒子の少なくとも一部が、前記少なくとも1種のプロセス助剤及び前記少なくとも1種の耐衝撃性改良剤の両方を含有する、前記ワンパックポリマー変性剤。 - 前記少なくとも1種の官能化プロセス助剤が前記プロセス助剤の総重量を基準として約0.5重量%~約35重量%の前記少なくとも1種の官能基で官能化された、請求項1に記載のワンパックポリマー変性剤。
- 前記少なくとも1種の官能化プロセス助剤が前記プロセス助剤の総重量を基準として少なくとも1重量%の前記少なくとも1種の反応性官能基で官能化された、請求項1に記載のワンパックポリマー変性剤。
- 前記少なくとも1種の反応性官能基が、(メタ)アクリル酸のヒドロキシル置換アルキルエステル;直鎖状若しくは分岐鎖状カルボン酸のビニルエステル;不飽和C3-C6モノカルボン酸;不飽和C4-C6ジカルボン酸;エポキシ基含有モノマー;(メタ)アクリル酸のβ-ケトエステル;(メタ)アクリル酸のβ-ケトアミド、及びそれらの混合物より成る群から選択される1種以上のモノマーから誘導される、請求項1に記載のワンパックポリマー変性剤。
- 前記少なくとも1種の官能化プロセス助剤が、少なくとも1種の(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルと、(メタ)アクリル酸グリシジル及び(メタ)アクリル酸より成る群から選択される少なくとも1種の官能化モノマーとのコポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載のワンパックポリマー変性剤。
- 前記少なくとも1種の官能化プロセス助剤が、約50000g/モル以上の重量平均分子量(Mw)を有する、請求項1に記載のワンパックポリマー変性剤。
- 前記少なくとも1種の官能化プロセス助剤が、1種以上の(メタ)アクリル含有モノマーと、ビニル含有モノマー、スチレン及びスチレン誘導体、オレフィン、ジエン並びにそれらの混合物より成る群から選択される随意としての1種以上のコモノマーとから誘導される、請求項1に記載のワンパックポリマー変性剤。
- 次の条件:
a)前記1種以上の官能化プロセス助剤の少なくとも1種が架橋されていること;又は
b)前記官能化プロセス助剤の少なくとも1種がそれ自体によって若しくは熱可塑性ポリマーによって架橋可能であること:
の少なくとも1つが存在する、請求項1に記載のワンパックポリマー変性剤。 - 前記少なくとも1種の耐衝撃性改良剤がブロックコポリマー、コア-シェル粒状ポリマー又はそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1に記載のワンパックポリマー変性剤。
- 前記少なくとも1種の耐衝撃性改良剤が、50℃未満のガラス転移温度を有するゴム状コアと、グラフトした相溶性の外側ポリマーシェルとを有するコア-シェル粒状ポリマーから選択される、請求項1に記載のワンパックポリマー変性剤。
- 前記外側ポリマーシェルがポリメチルメタクリレートから成る、請求項10に記載のワンパックポリマー変性剤。
- 前記少なくとも1種の耐衝撃性改良剤が70nm~5ミクロンの粒子寸法を有するコア-シェル粒状ポリマーである、請求項1に記載のワンパックポリマー変性剤。
- プロセス助剤及び耐衝撃性改良剤の総重量を基準として合計1~50重量%の少なくとも1種のプロセス助剤及び合計99~50重量%の少なくとも1種の耐衝撃性改良剤を含む、請求項1に記載のワンパックポリマー変性剤。
- 少なくとも1種の無機フィラーをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のワンパックポリマー変性剤。
- 前記少なくとも1種のプロセス助剤、前記少なくとも1種の耐衝撃性改良剤及び前記少なくとも1種の無機フィラーが緊密接触状態にある、請求項14に記載のワンパックポリマー変性剤。
- 前記少なくとも1種の無機フィラーが粉砕天然炭酸カルシウム(GCC)、沈降炭酸カルシウム(PCC)、ナノサイズPCC(NPCC)、ヒュームドシリカ、沈降シリカ、未処理クレー、未処理モンモリロナイト(ナノクレー)、ゼオライト、パーライト及びそれらの混合物より成る群から選択される、請求項14に記載のワンパックポリマー変性剤。
- プロセス助剤、耐衝撃性改良剤及び無機フィラーの総重量を基準として、合計1~50重量%の前記少なくとも1種のプロセス助剤、合計99~50重量%の前記少なくとも1種の耐衝撃性改良剤及び合計0.01~15重量%の前記少なくとも1種の無機フィラーを含む、請求項14に記載のワンパックポリマー変性剤。
- 前記少なくとも1種のプロセス助剤及び前記少なくとも1種の耐衝撃性改良剤の水性溶液、エマルション、懸濁液又はスラリーの共粉体化によって形成された、請求項1に記載のワンパックポリマー変性剤。
- 自動車製品、建築材料、家庭用品、台所用品、医療用品、事務用品、衣料品、又はパーソナルケア製品若しくはその他の消費者製品の包装から選択される製造物品を製造するための方法であって、
ポリ塩化ビニル又はポリ塩化ビニルアロイ及び請求項1に記載のワンパックポリマー変性剤から前記製造物品を形成させることを含む、前記方法。 - 熱可塑性部品の表面光沢度を低下させ且つ衝撃強さを増大させる方法であって、
請求項1に記載の少なくとも1種の前記ワンパックポリマー変性剤とポリ塩化ビニル又はポリ塩化ビニルアロイとを混合することによって熱可塑性コンパウンドを調製し、且つ熱可塑性部品を成形することを含む、前記方法。 - ポリ塩化ビニル又はポリ塩化ビニルアロイ及び請求項1に記載のワンパックポリマー変性剤を含む熱可塑性コンパウンド。
- 界面活性剤、分散剤、フィラー、熱安定剤、内部及び外部潤滑剤、他のプロセス助剤、溶融強度添加剤、流動助剤、前記ワンパックポリマー変性剤のパーツではないプロセス助剤、前記ワンパックポリマー変性剤のパーツではない耐衝撃性改良剤並びに顔料より成る群から選択される1種以上の添加剤をさらに含む、請求項21に記載の熱可塑性コンパウンド。
- 自動車製品、建築材料、家庭用品、台所用品、医療用品、事務用品、衣料品、又はパーソナルケア製品若しくはその他の消費者製品の包装から選択される製造物品であって、請求項21に記載の熱可塑性コンパウンドを含む、前記製造物品。
