Description
以下、電動クラッチ制御装置を図面に基づいて説明する。以下、複数の実施形態において、実質的に同一の構成には同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。

第2実施形態を図13に示す。図13に示すように、本実施形態のクラッチ制御部160は、押付力換算部63に替えて、トルク制御部71、および、デューティ換算部72を備える。本実施形態では、制御モードXCLMが2または3のとき、すなわち押付制御モードのとき、目標押付力TFCLをストローク換算せず、トルク換算し、トルクセンサ38により検出される締結トルクTCLに基づくトルクフィードバック制御を行う。すなわち、押付力制御は、「トルク制御」と捉えることもできる。
第3実施形態を図14に示す。本実施形態は、締結位置学習部68での処理が異なっているので、この点を中心に説明する。本実施形態では、モータ電流Imに替えて、ストロークセンサ33の検出値に基づいて締結開始位置θ1を学習する。上記実施形態にて説明した通り、ストロークセンサ33は、第1摩擦板21が締結開始位置St1となった位置から変化し、第1摩擦板21の駆動量を検出する(図12参照)。
上記実施形態では、第1摩擦板および第2摩擦板が、第1締結部材および第2締結部材を構成する。他の実施形態では、第1締結部材および第2締結部材は摩擦板に限らず、形状等はどのようであってもよい。本実施形態では、主機モータ側に第1摩擦板が設けられ、エンジン側に第2摩擦板が設けられる。他の実施形態では、エンジンまたは駆動軸側に第1摩擦板を設け、MG側に第2摩擦板が設けられるようにしてもよい。

Claims (6)
- 第1軸(201)と一体に回転する第1締結部材(21)と、第2軸(202)と一体に回転する第2締結部材(22)と、クラッチアクチュエータ(30)と、を備え、前記クラッチアクチュエータの駆動に応じて伸縮する押付部材(23)により前記第1締結部材を駆動する電動クラッチ装置(20)の前記クラッチアクチュエータを制御するクラッチ制御装置であって、
前記第1締結部材と前記第2締結部材との締結状態を判定する状態判定部(62)と、
前記状態判定部の判定結果に応じ、前記クラッチアクチュエータの駆動を制御する駆動制御部(65、71)と、
を備え、
前記駆動制御部は、
前記第1締結部材と前記第2締結部材とが離間しているとき、クラッチを締結させるときには目標位置を締結開始位置、クラッチを開放させるときには前記目標位置を初期位置として前記第1締結部材の駆動量が目標ストローク量となるように前記クラッチアクチュエータを制御する位置制御とし、
前記第1締結部材と前記第2締結部材とが締結しているとき、前記第1締結部材と前記第2締結部材との押付力が目標押付力となるように前記クラッチアクチュエータを制御する押付力制御とするクラッチ制御装置。 - 前記目標押付力を前記目標ストローク量に換算する押付力換算部(63)を備え、
前記駆動制御部は、前記第1締結部材と前記第2締結部材とが締結しているとき、前記第1締結部材の駆動量が、前記押付力換算部にて演算された前記目標ストローク量となるように前記クラッチアクチュエータを制御する請求項1に記載のクラッチ制御装置。 - 前記第1締結部材と前記第2締結部材との前記締結開始位置を学習する締結位置学習部(68)を備える請求項1または2に記載のクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記締結位置学習部は、前記クラッチアクチュエータに通電される電流であるアクチュエータ電流に基づいて前記締結開始位置を学習する請求項3に記載のクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記締結位置学習部は、前記第1締結部材の駆動量を検出するストロークセンサ(33)の検出値に基づいて前記締結開始位置を学習する請求項3に記載のクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記電動クラッチ装置は、前記第1締結部材と前記第2締結部材とが締結した状態でロックするロック機構(28)をさらに備え、
前記駆動制御部は、前記第1軸と前記第2軸とが同じ回転数にて回転する締結力最大位置まで前記第1締結部材が駆動された後、前記第1締結部材の駆動量が、前記ロック機構によりロック可能なロック位置に応じて設定される前記目標ストローク量となるように位置制御を行う請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のクラッチ制御装置。
