Claims (20)
- 互いに異なる色相を実現する第1画素、第2画素および第3画素と、赤外線発光部と、を含む基板と、
前記基板上に位置する第1電極と、
前記第1電極と対向する第2電極と、
前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に位置する発光層と、
前記第1電極と前記発光層との間に位置する補助層と、を含み、
前記補助層は、前記第1画素に位置する第1補助層と、前記赤外線発光部に位置する第2補助層と、を含み、
前記第1補助層および前記第2補助層は、同一の物質を含み、
前記第1補助層は、前記第1画素が含む共振補助層である、発光表示装置。 - 前記第1補助層および前記第2補助層は、同一の層に位置する請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記発光層は、前記赤外線発光部に位置する赤外線発光層を含み、前記赤外線発光層は、前記第2補助層上に位置する請求項2に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記発光層は、前記第1画素に位置する第1発光層をさらに含み、前記赤外線発光層は、前記第1発光層と同一の層に位置する請求項3に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記発光層は、前記第1画素に位置する第1発光層と、前記赤外線発光部に位置する第2発光層と、をさらに含み、
前記第1発光層および前記第2発光層は、同一の物質を含む請求項3に記載の発光表示装置。 - 前記第1発光層および前記第2発光層は、同一の層に位置する請求項5に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記赤外線発光層は、前記第2発光層上に位置する請求項6に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記補助層は、前記第2画素に位置する第3補助層および前記赤外線発光層と前記第2発光層との間に位置する第4補助層をさらに含み、
前記第3補助層および前記第4補助層は、同一の物質を含む請求項7に記載の発光表示装置。 - 前記第3補助層および前記第4補助層は、同一の層である請求項8に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記第1画素、前記第2画素および前記第3画素は、それぞれ緑色画素、赤色画素および青色画素に対応し、前記第1画素の第1補助層が、前記第2補助層と同一の層に位置する請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記赤外線発光部で発生する波長は、700ナノメートル以上1000ナノメートル以下の範囲を有する請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記基板は、赤外線受光部をさらに含み、前記赤外線発光部および前記赤外線受光部は、前記第1画素、前記第2画素および前記第3画素が配置される面を平面視したとき、前記第1画素、前記第2画素および前記第3画素の中で隣り合う画素の間に位置する請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記平面視したとき、前記第1画素、前記第2画素および前記第3画素は、第1方向に沿って配列されており、前記赤外線発光部および前記赤外線受光部は、前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に沿って配列されている請求項12に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記平面視したとき、前記第1画素、前記第2画素および前記第3画素は、第1方向に沿って配列されており、前記赤外線発光部および前記赤外線受光部は、前記第1方向に沿って配列されている請求項12に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記赤外線発光部と前記赤外線受光部との間に前記第1画素、前記第2画素および前記第3画素が位置する請求項14に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記赤外線発光部は、前記第1画素と前記第2画素との間に位置し、前記平面視したとき、前記第1画素、前記赤外線発光部および前記第2画素は、第1方向に沿って配列されており、前記赤外線受光部は、前記第1画素、前記赤外線発光部および前記第2画素に対して前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に沿って配列されている請求項12に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記赤外線発光部および前記赤外線受光部のうち少なくとも一つは、前記第1画素および前記第2画素と第3方向に沿って配列されており、前記第3画素と前記第3方向と交差する第4方向に沿って配列されている請求項12に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記赤外線受光部には透明窓およびセンサ層が位置し、前記透明窓および前記センサ層は、前記基板の上部面と垂直方向に沿って重なる請求項12に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記センサ層は、前記基板と前記第1電極との間に位置する請求項18に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記透明窓は、透明伝導性物質を含む請求項19に記載の発光表示装置。
