Description
本出願は、2017年4月24日付けの韓国特許出願第10-2017-0052047号および2018年4月19日付けの韓国特許出願第10-2018-0045418号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は、本明細書の一部として含まれる。
本出願は、透光性フィルムおよびこれを含むエレクトロクロミック素子に関する。
MoaTibOxNy
実施例1
積層体の製造:光透過率が約98%程度であるガラスの一面に光透過率が約90%程度であるITOを形成した。その後、スパッタリング蒸着を利用して(ガラスの位置と反対である)ITOの一面上にMoとTiを含む酸窒化物(MoaTibOxNy)層を30nmの厚さで形成した(製造例1)。具体的に、MoとTiのターゲットの重量%の比率は、1:1で、蒸着パワーは、100Wで、工程圧は、15mTorrで蒸着を進め、Ar、N2およびO2の各流量は、30sccm、5sccmおよび5sccmとした。
蒸着時に窒素の流量を10sccmとし、表1のように含量比を変更したことを除いて、実施例1と同じ方法で酸窒化物層を形成した(製造例2)。
蒸着時に窒素の流量を15sccmとし、表1のように含量比を変更したことを除いて、実施例1と同じ方法で酸窒化物層を形成した(製造例3)。
蒸着時に窒素の流量を0sccmとし、表1のように含量比を変更したことを除いて、実施例1と同じ方法で酸化物層を形成した(製造例4)。
実施例2
前記実施例1で製造された積層体(ガラス/ITO/酸窒化物(MoaTibOxNy)(half-cell)を、LiClO4(1M)およびプロピレンカーボネート(PC)含有電解液に浸漬し、25℃で、-3Vの着色電圧と+3Vの脱色電圧をそれぞれ50秒間交互に印加した。時間の経過によって測定された着色および脱色時の電流、透過率、および変色時間は、表2に記載された通りである。
Claims (9)
- TiおよびMoを含有する酸窒化物(oxynitride)を含み、光透過率が60%以上である透光性フィルムであって、
所定の電圧が印加される場合に透光性が変化する透過度可変フィルムである、透光性フィルム。 - 酸窒化物は、下記化学式1で表される、請求項1に記載の透光性フィルム:

MoaTibOxNy
(ただし、aは、Moの元素含量比を意味し、bは、Tiの元素含量比を意味し、xは、Oの元素含量比を意味し、yは、Nの元素含量比を意味し、a>0、b>0、x>0、y>0であり、0.5<a/b<4.0であり、0.005<y/x<0.02である。) - 厚さが150nm以下である、請求項1または2に記載の透光性フィルム。
- 可視光屈折率が1.5~3.0範囲である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の透光性フィルム。
- 2V以上の着色準位を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の透光性フィルム。
- 電極層と、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の透光性フィルムと、電解質層と、を含むエレクトロクロミック素子。
- 第1電極層、前記電解質層、前記透光性フィルム、および第2電極層を順に含む、請求項6に記載のエレクトロクロミック素子。
- 前記第1電極層と前記電解質層との間に第2エレクトロクロミック層をさらに含む、請求項7に記載のエレクトロクロミック素子。
- 前記第2エレクトロクロミック層は、酸化性変色物質を含む、請求項8に記載のエレクトロクロミック素子。
