Description
Claims (14)
- 管状の臓器の切除手術後、吻合部位保護のために腸管内に設けられる器具を腸管の外部で取り囲んで固定するための固定装置であって、
所定の厚さ及び幅を有する帯状の胴体を含み、前記胴体は生体吸収性物質又は生体非吸収性物質で、生体適合性を有する材料から構成され、胴体の長手方向に10%未満の伸び率を有し、
前記固定装置の胴体の幅方向の両縁端は、腸管の外表面に接触したとき、腸管の外表面に傷を付けないように柔軟な形態に処理され、ラウンド形凹凸部からなることを特徴とする、腸管内器具固定装置。 - 管状の臓器の切除手術後、吻合部位保護のために腸管内に設けられる器具を腸管の外部で取り囲んで固定するための固定装置であって、
所定の厚さ及び幅を有する帯状の胴体を含み、前記胴体は生体吸収性物質又は生体非吸収性物質で、生体適合性を有する材料から構成され、胴体の長手方向に10%未満の伸び率を有し、
前記固定装置の胴体の幅方向の両縁端は、腸管の外表面に接触したとき、腸管の外表面に傷を付けないように柔軟な形態に処理され、胴体の中心部より相対的に緩く製織された形態を有することを特徴とする、腸管内器具固定装置。 - 管状の臓器の切除手術後、吻合部位保護のために腸管内に設けられる器具を腸管の外部で取り囲んで固定するための固定装置であって、
所定の厚さ及び幅を有する帯状の胴体を含み、前記胴体は生体吸収性物質又は生体非吸収性物質で、生体適合性を有する材料から構成され、胴体の長手方向に10%未満の伸び率を有し、
前記固定装置の胴体の幅方向の両縁端は、腸管の外表面に接触したとき、腸管の外表面に傷を付けないように柔軟な形態に処理され、両縁端部位の一定領域が胴体の中心部の織物より柔軟度(softness)が相対的に高い他の織物からなることを特徴とする、腸管内器具固定装置。
- 管状の臓器の切除手術後、吻合部位保護のために腸管内に設けられる器具を腸管の外部で取り囲んで固定するための固定装置であって、
所定の厚さ及び幅を有する帯状の胴体を含み、前記胴体は生体吸収性物質又は生体非吸収性物質で、生体適合性を有する材料から構成され、胴体の長手方向に10%未満の伸び率を有し、
前記固定装置の胴体の幅方向の両縁端は、腸管の外表面に接触したとき、腸管の外表面に傷を付けないように柔軟な形態に処理され、
前記胴体の幅方向の両縁端部位には、縁端部分の鋭さ(sharpness)又は剛性(stiffness)を緩和するための緩衝物質が塗布されていることを特徴とする、腸管内器具固定装置。 - 前記生体吸収性物質は、PGA(pterolyglutamic acid)、PLA(Poly Lactic Acid)、PLGA(Polylactic-co-Glycolic acid)、PDO(palladium oxide)の少なくとも1種を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の腸管内器具固定装置。
- 前記胴体は生体吸収性物質又は生体非吸収性物質で、生体適合性を有する材料からなる原糸からメッシュ形態に製織された構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の腸管内器具固定装置。
- 前記メッシュ形態の織物は経糸と緯糸からなり、USP(原糸の太さ)1~7のサイズが使われることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の腸管内器具固定装置。
- 前記胴体の所定部位には、前記固定装置が人体の腸管に適用されて縫合される場合、X線(X-ray)装備によって固定装置の位置を正確に確認することができるようにするためのX線造影剤が含まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の腸管内器具固定装置。
- 前記X線造影剤は、X線によって区別可能な固形物質からなることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の腸管内器具固定装置。
- 前記胴体の所定部位には、前記固定装置を用いて施術者が施術するとき、固定装置の長さを正確な数値に計算することができるようにするための目盛り又は色で区分可能な標識が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の腸管内器具固定装置。
- 前記胴体の少なくとも一側端部には、胴体の両端部の結合手段として接着剤が塗布されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の腸管内器具固定装置。
- 前記胴体の両端部の結合手段として、胴体の一端には少なくとも一つの突起が形成され、胴体の他端には前記突起との結合のための少なくとも一つの挿入ホールが形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の腸管内器具固定装置。
