Claims (11)
- 回転可能に設けられ、ナットが結合される第1回転部材と、
前記第1回転部材に結合される連結軸と、
前記連結軸に結合されて前記連結軸に回転力を伝達する第2回転部材と、
前記連結軸が内部に配置され、前記第1回転部材の回転軸および前記第2回転部材の回転軸に対して傾斜が付けられたハウジングと、
を含み、
前記ハウジングには、対象物の結合突起に結合可能な結合溝が形成されていることを特徴とする分解用ツール。 - 前記第1回転部材と前記連結軸とは第1ユニバーサルジョイントによって連結され、前記第2回転部材と前記連結軸とは第2ユニバーサルジョイントによって連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分解用ツール。
- 前記第1回転部材と前記第2回転部材とは、平行に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の分解用ツール。
- 前記結合溝は、前記ハウジングの外面に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の分解用ツール。
- 前記結合溝は、前記ハウジングの傾斜と平行に長手方向に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の分解用ツール。
- 電極リードが備えられるバッテリーセルが複数設けられ、複数のバッテリーセルが互いに積層されるバッテリーセル積層体と、
前記バッテリーセル積層体が収納され、前記バッテリーセル積層体が複数のボルトとナットによって結合されるように設けられたケースと、
前記複数のボルトとナットのうち一部のみが外部に露出するように、前記バッテリーセル積層体の上側から固定結合されるICBカバーと、
を含むバッテリーモジュールであって、
前記バッテリーモジュールは、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の分解用ツールを用いて、前記複数のボルトとナットのうち、前記ICBカバーによって隠されたナットをボルトから分解可能であることを特徴とする、分解用ツールを用いるバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記分解用ツールの前記ハウジングの外面には結合溝が形成され、
前記ケースの少なくとも一側には前記分解用ツールの前記結合溝に結合される結合突起が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の分解用ツールを用いるバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ケースには、前記分解用ツールの結合溝が前記結合突起に結合されるように、前記分解用ツールの移動をガイドするガイド突起が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の分解用ツールを用いるバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ガイド突起は、
前記分解用ツールの前記ハウジングの傾斜と同じ傾斜を有する第1リブと、
前記第1リブから延びて、前記第1リブと異なる角度の傾斜を有する第2リブと、
を有することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の分解用ツールを用いるバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ケースの底部に対して鋭角の範囲内で、前記第2リブの傾斜角度が前記第1リブの傾斜角度よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の分解用ツールを用いるバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項6から10のいずれか一項に記載の分解用ツールを用いるバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
