Claims (14)
- 複数のバッテリーセルが積層されるバッテリーセル積層体と、
前記複数のバッテリーセルに各々備えられた電極リードを電気的に接続するバスバーと、
前記バスバーから離隔するように前記複数のバッテリーセルの間に配置され、バッテリーセルの内部で発生したガスのガス圧によって作動することで前記電極リードと前記バスバーとの電気的接続を切断する遮断ユニットであって、作動本体及び前記作動本体を固定する固定部材を含む遮断ユニットと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルの間に配置され、前記遮断ユニットが接触して支持される支持部材と、
前記遮断ユニットが前記バスバーから離隔するように前記固定部材が前記作動本体を固定している状態を維持するために、一端が前記固定部材に、他端が前記支持部材にそれぞれ固定された第2弾性部材と、
バッテリーセルの内部で発生したガスのガス圧によって前記遮断ユニットが作動した場合に前記作動本体に弾性力を加えて前記電極リードと前記バスバーとの電気的接続を切断させるように構成された第1弾性部材と、
を含むバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記作動本体には、係止部が形成され、前記第1弾性部材が結合しており、
前記固定部材は、前記作動本体の係止部にかかって、前記第1弾性部材が弾性収縮した状態で前記作動本体を固定し、前記固定部材には、前記作動本体が固定された状態を維持できるように前記第2弾性部材が結合していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バスバーに向けて前記作動本体に結合し、前記バスバーに向けている先端が尖って形成された破断部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バスバーには破断溝が形成され、前記破断部材の尖った先端が、前記バスバーの破断溝に向けるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記作動本体の係止部は、前記作動本体の内側から外側へ進むほど上向きに傾くように第1傾斜部が形成され、前記第1弾性部材は、前記作動本体の中心部における下側に結合することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記固定部材は、
前記係止部の前記第1傾斜部に接触できるように前記第1傾斜部に対応する第2傾斜部が形成され、前記第2弾性部材が結合した回動部と、
前記回動部に結合する回動軸と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記回動部は、
前記第2傾斜部が形成され、前記第2弾性部材が結合した第1回動部と、
前記第1回動部から延び、前記バッテリーセルから加圧される第2回動部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記回動部が、一対で設けられ、
前記作動本体が前記一対の回動部の間に配置されるように、前記一対の回動部が、前記作動本体の両サイドに各々配置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 複数のバッテリーセルが積層されるバッテリーセル積層体と、
前記複数のバッテリーセルに各々備えられた電極リードを電気的に接続するバスバーと、
前記バスバーから離隔するように前記複数のバッテリーセルの間に配置され、バッテリーセルの内部で発生したガスのガス圧によって作動することで前記電極リードと前記バスバーとの電気的接続を切断する遮断ユニットであって、作動本体及び前記作動本体を固定する固定部材を含む遮断ユニットと、
前記遮断ユニットが前記バスバーから離隔するように前記固定部材が前記作動本体を固定している状態を維持できるように構成された第2弾性部材と、
バッテリーセルの内部で発生したガスのガス圧によって前記遮断ユニットが作動した場合に前記作動本体に弾性力を加えて前記電極リードと前記バスバーとの電気的接続を切断させるように構成された第1弾性部材と、
を含むバッテリーモジュールであって、
前記作動本体には、係止部が形成され、前記第1弾性部材が結合しており、
前記固定部材は、前記作動本体の係止部にかかって、前記第1弾性部材が弾性収縮した状態で前記作動本体を固定し、前記固定部材には、前記作動本体が固定された状態を維持できるように前記第2弾性部材が結合しており、
前記作動本体の係止部は、前記作動本体の内側から外側へ進むほど下向きに傾くように第1傾斜部が形成され、前記第1弾性部材は、前記作動本体の両側端部における下側に各々結合し、
前記固定部材は、
前記係止部の前記第1傾斜部に接触できるように前記第1傾斜部に対応する第2傾斜部が形成され、前記第2弾性部材が結合した一対の回動部と、
前記回動部に結合する回動軸と、を含み、
前記第2弾性部材は、前記第2傾斜部が前記第1傾斜部に接触した状態を維持するように、前記一対の回動部の間で前記一対の回動部の各々に結合されている、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記回動部は、
前記第2傾斜部が形成された第1回動部と、
前記第1回動部から延び、前記第2弾性部材が結合し、前記バッテリーセルから加圧される第2回動部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記一対の回動部が、前記回動軸を基準で前記回動軸にて交差するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記遮断ユニットは、前記バッテリーセルの電極リードが配置されて支持されるテラス部に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から請求項12のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から請求項12のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、自動車。
