Description
Claims (15)
- 健康監視のための方法において、
健康監視デバイスの測定プローブに設けられた1つ又は複数のセンサを介して身体組成を測定するステップと、
前記測定された身体組成を複数のカテゴリの1つに分類するステップと、
前記分類された身体組成に基づき、前記健康監視に関連する健康監視デバイスの少なくとも1つの動作パラメータを調整するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの動作パラメータで調整された前記健康監視デバイスの測定プローブを使用して健康監視測定を実行するステップとを有する、方法。 - 前記健康監視が、胎児監視である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記身体組成を測定するステップが、体脂肪厚を測定するステップを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記体脂肪厚が、パルスエコーモードにおいてドップラーモードによる測定を行う超音波センサを用いて測定される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記体脂肪厚が、赤外線送信機及び赤外線受信機を用いて測定される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記体脂肪厚が、ドップラーモードによる測定を行う超音波センサ及び赤外線センサの組み合わせを用いて測定される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記体脂肪厚が、第1の超音波アレイを使用して測定され、監視デバイスの測定プローブを使用して前記健康監視測定を実行するステップが、第2の超音波アレイを使用して実行される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 健康監視のためのシステムであって、
ユーザデバイスと通信する超音波デバイスを有し、
前記超音波デバイスが、電源、通信モジュール、メモリ、プロセッサ、及びトランスデューサアレイを含み、前記トランスデューサアレイは、ドップラー信号を受信する複数のトランスデューサ要素を持ち、
前記超音波デバイスが、受信された超音波情報をユーザデバイスに送信するために変換するように動作可能であり、
前記ユーザデバイスは、プロセッサ、ディスプレイ、及びメモリを含み、
前記ユーザデバイスは、実行されるとき、
前記超音波情報を受信し、
前記受信された超音波情報から身体分類を決定し、
前記身体分類を前記超音波デバイスに送信するよう動作する命令をユーザデバイスメモリに持ち、
前記超音波デバイスが、前記決定された身体分類に基づき動作パラメータを変更する、システム。 - 前記動作パラメータが、超音波送信エネルギー、増幅器利得適応及び深度設定の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記身体分類が、脂肪層の厚さに基づかれる、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記超音波デバイスが、脂肪層の厚さを決定するための第1のモード及び第2の患者監視モードで動作する、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のモードが、パルスエコーモードであり、第2のモードは、パルスドップラーモードである、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記超音波デバイスが、少なくとも1つのIRセンサを更に有し、前記超音波デバイスの前記少なくとも1つのIRセンサは、体脂肪厚信号を取得するように動作可能であり、前記ユーザデバイスが、前記体脂肪厚信号を受信し、前記体脂肪厚信号に基づき前記身体分類を修正するように動作可能である、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのIRセンサが、IR受信機及びIR送信機である、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記ユーザデバイスが、実行されるとき、
前記体脂肪厚信号に基づきIR体脂肪厚を決定し、
前記受信された超音波情報に基づき、超音波体脂肪厚を決定し、
前記超音波体脂肪厚及び前記IR体脂肪厚に基づき平均体脂肪厚値を計算し、
前記平均体脂肪厚値に基づき前記身体分類を決定するよう動作する命令を前記ユーザデバイスメモリに持つ、請求項14に記載のシステム。
