Description
れ、前記複数のルーバーは、一つのルーバーの可動部が前記電力変換装置の外側方向に回動した場合、他のルーバーの固定部に重なり合うように配置されて構成され、前記複数のルーバーの可動部が前記電力変換装置の内側方向に回動した場合は、前記複数のルーバー部分において、前記電力変換装置の外側から内側への通気性が確保されるように構成され、前記フラッパー部は、前記電力変換装置の内側と外側との間の窓部と、前記窓部の周囲に配置された枠体と、前記枠体の両端に窓部の中央部分で前記変換装置の外側に向かって観音開き状に開閉可能に固定された2枚の扉と、を備えたことを特徴とする。
しにくくするため、導体部端部の尖った部分を取り除き丸みを施して、電界を他の部位に比較し相対的に弱める加工(第1の加工)を行う。

Claims (7)
- 大容量の電力を変換する電力変換装置に於いて、
前記電力変換装置は、少なくとも、第1の導体部と、第2の導体部と、開閉可能な盤扉と、前記盤扉に配置された通気口と、天井部にフラッパー部を備え、
アークフラッシュの発生が望ましくない場所に配置される前記第1の導体部には、前記第2の導体部に比較し導体の表面電界を緩和する第1の加工を施し、
前記通気口は、シャッター部を備え、
前記シャッター部は、
複数の金属板で構成された支点となる固定分と可動部からなる複数のルーバーで構成され、
前記複数のルーバーは、
一つのルーバーの可動部が前記電力変換装置の外側方向に回動した場合、他のルーバーの固定部に重なり合うように配置されて構成され、前記複数のルーバーの可動部が前記電力変換装置の内側方向に回動した場合は、前記複数のルーバー部分において、前記電力変換装置の外側から内側への通気性が確保されるように構成され、
前記フラッパー部は、
前記電力変換装置の内側と外側との間の窓部と、
前記窓部の周囲に配置された枠体と、
前記枠体の両端に窓部の中央部分で前記変換装置の外側に向かって観音開き状に開閉可能に固定された2枚の扉と、
を備えたことを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 前記フラッパー部の枠体の両端に開閉可能に固定された2枚の扉は、
閉じた状態では、当該扉の先端部分が窓部の中央部分で重なるように配置され、
当該扉の両サイド部分は内側にL字状に折り曲げられ、前記枠体と当接することにより、所定の気密性が確保されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記電力変換装置は、前記電力変換装置の天井部にファンカバーを備え、前記、ファンカバーは前記電力変換装置の外側に開放される様に構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記第1の加工は、
前記第1の導体部端部の形状の尖った部分を取り除き丸みを施す加工のことであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記アークフラッシュの発生が望ましくない場所は、前記盤扉とその近傍に配置された前記第1の導体部間であり、
前記盤扉と前記第1の導体部間に絶縁板を取り付け、
前記第2の導体部は前記フラッパー部近傍に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記第2の導体部は他の部分に比較し導体の表面電界を強める第2の加工を施したことを特徴とする請求項5記載の電力変換装置。
- アークフラッシュが発生し、前記電力変換装置の内部圧力が外部圧力より増加すると、
前記シャッター部の前記複数のルーバーの可動部が、前記電力変換装置の外側に回動し、前記シャッター部を閉じ、
前記フラッパー部が前記電力変換装置の外側に開放するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力変換装置。
