Claims (6)
- 電力変換装置であって、
直列に接続された第1スイッチング素子及び第2スイッチング素子を有する電力変換回路と、
前記第1スイッチング素子及び前記第2スイッチング素子に対する複数の制御指令を、前記電力変換回路へ出力する制御装置と、
を備え、
前記制御装置が出力する複数の制御指令には、第1駆動指令と、第2駆動指令と、第1駆動停止指令と、第2駆動停止指令とが含まれており、
前記第1駆動指令は、前記第1スイッチング素子をターンオンする指令であり、
前記第2駆動指令は、前記第2スイッチング素子をターンオンする指令であり、
前記第1駆動指令及び前記第2駆動指令は、二つの値の間で変化する単一の駆動信号によって、前記制御装置から択一的に出力され、
前記第1駆動停止指令は、前記第1駆動指令の有無にかかわらず、前記第1スイッチング素子をターンオフする指令であり、
前記第2駆動停止指令は、前記第2駆動指令の有無にかかわらず、前記第2スイッチング素子をターンオフする指令であり、
前記第1駆動停止指令及び前記第2駆動停止指令は、三つの値の間で変化する単一の駆動停止信号によって、制御装置から択一的に出力され、
前記三つの値のうちの一つの値は、前記第1スイッチング素子及び前記第2スイッチング素子のターンオンを許可する指令を示す、
電力変換装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記第1スイッチング素子及び前記第2スイッチング素子の両者をターンオフさせるときに、前記駆動信号で前記第1駆動指令と前記第2駆動指令とを交互に出力するとともに、前記第1駆動指令を出力する期間では前記第1駆動停止指令を出力し、前記第2駆動指令を出力する期間では前記第2駆動停止指令を出力する、請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記第1スイッチング素子及び前記第2スイッチング素子の両者をターンオフさせるときに、前記第1駆動指令と前記第1駆動停止指令との両者を継続的に出力する、又は、前記第2駆動指令と前記第2駆動停止指令との両者を継続的に出力する、請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記電力変換回路は、DC-DCコンバータを含み、前記第1スイッチング素子及び前記第2スイッチング素子は、前記DC-DCコンバータの一部を構成する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電力変換装置。
- 電力変換装置であって、
直列に接続された第1スイッチング素子及び第2スイッチング素子を有する電力変換回路と、
前記第1スイッチング素子及び前記第2スイッチング素子に対する複数の制御指令を、前記電力変換回路へ出力する制御装置と、
を備え、
前記制御装置が出力する複数の制御指令には、第1駆動指令と、第2駆動指令と、駆動禁止指令とが含まれており、
前記第1駆動指令は、前記第1スイッチング素子をターンオンする指令であり、
前記第2駆動指令は、前記第2スイッチング素子をターンオンする指令であり、
前記第1駆動指令及び前記第2駆動指令は、二つの値の間で変化する単一の駆動信号によって、前記制御装置から択一的に出力され、
前記駆動禁止指令は、前記駆動信号の値にかかわらず、前記第1スイッチング素子及び前記第2スイッチング素子のターンオンを禁止する指令であり、
前記制御装置は、前記第2スイッチング素子をターンオフした状態で、前記第1スイッチング素子のみを断続的にターンオンさせるときに、前記駆動信号で前記第1駆動指令と前記第2駆動指令とを交互に出力しながら、前記第2駆動指令を出力する期間で前記駆動禁止指令を出力する、
電力変換装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記第1スイッチング素子をターンオフした状態で、前記第2スイッチング素子のみを断続的にターンオンさせるときに、前記駆動信号で前記第1駆動指令と前記第2駆動指令とを交互に出力しながら、前記第1駆動指令を出力する期間で前記駆動禁止指令を出力する、請求項5に記載の電力変換装置。
