Description
図1から図3に示すように、本発明の一実施形態による形鋼連結部材は二つの形鋼、即ち第一形鋼30および第二形鋼40を結合させるものである。本実施形態において、第一形鋼30および第二形鋼40はC字型またはコ字型の形鋼である。第一形鋼30は第一縦軸32および一つ以上の位置決め部34を有する。一つ以上の位置決め部34は第一縦軸32に沿って配置される。第二形鋼40は第二縦軸42を有する。本実施形態において、第一形鋼30は真っ直ぐ立つように装着される。位置決め部34は第一形鋼30の先端の両側面に間隔を置いて同軸配置された複数の穿孔からなる。

Claims (6)
- 二つの形鋼である第一形鋼および第二形鋼の連結に用いられ、第一連結ユニットおよび第二連結ユニットを有する形鋼連結部材であって、
前記第二形鋼は縦軸を有し、
前記第一形鋼は縦軸および一つ以上の位置決め部を有し、一つ以上の前記位置決め部は前記第一形鋼の縦軸に沿って配置され、
前記第一連結ユニットは第一軸を中心に一つの前記第一形鋼の一つ以上の前記位置決め部に回転可能に装着され、
前記第一連結ユニットは前記第一軸を中心に一つの前記第一形鋼の一端に対してスウィングし、
前記第二連結ユニットは第二軸を中心に前記第一連結ユニットに回転可能に装着されるため、前記第一連結ユニットと前記第二連結ユニットとは相対的に旋転でき、
前記第二連結ユニットは固定部を有し、前記固定部は前記第二形鋼を連結し、前記第一形鋼の縦軸と前記第二形鋼の縦軸とを交差させ、
前記第二形鋼は前記第二連結ユニットによって前記第二軸を中心に前記第一連結ユニットに対してスウィングし、
前記第一連結ユニットは頂板および二つの第一側板を有し、前記頂板は穿孔を有し、二つの前記第一側板は前記頂板の相対する両側に配置され、それぞれ穿孔を有し、二つの前記第一側板の前記穿孔の中心軸線は前記第一軸と定義され、前記頂板の前記穿孔の中心軸線は前記第二軸と定義されることを特徴とする形鋼連結部材。 - 前記第一形鋼は先端部が前記第一連結ユニットの二つの前記第一側板の間に差し込まれ、
前記第一連結ユニットは前記第一形鋼の一つの前記位置決め部に回転可能に装着されて前記第一軸を中心にして二つの前記形鋼を相対的にスウィングさせることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の形鋼連結部材。 - 前記第二連結ユニットは底板および二つの第二側板を有し、二つの前記第二側板は前記底板の相対する両側に配置され、前記底板は前記第二軸を中心にして前記第一連結ユニットに回転可能に装着され、
前記第二形鋼は前記第二連結ユニットの二つの前記第二側板の間に装着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の形鋼連結部材。 - 前記第二形鋼は前記第二連結ユニットの前記固定部に回転可能に装着され、
前記第二形鋼は前記第二連結ユニットによって前記第二軸を中心にして前記第一連結ユニットに対してスウィングすることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の形鋼連結部材。 - 前記第一連結ユニットはガイド溝を有し、
前記第一連結ユニットの前記ガイド溝と一つの前記位置決め部とはボルトによって連結され、前記第一連結ユニットを前記第一形鋼に対してスウィングさせることができ、
前記第一形鋼に対する前記第一連結ユニットのスウィング角度は前記ガイド溝によって限定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の形鋼連結部材。 - 前記第一連結ユニットはさらにガイド溝を有し、
前記第二連結ユニットはボルトが前記ガイド溝に取り付けられることによって前記第一連結ユニットに対して旋転することができ、
前記第一連結ユニットに対する前記第二連結ユニットのスウィング角度は前記ガイド溝によって限定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の形鋼連結部材。
