- ステンレス鋼部品の処理方法であって、
前記ステンレス鋼部品は、溶接加工されたステンレス鋼部品であり、
前記ステンレス鋼部品の脱スケール処理は、
前記ステンレス鋼部品に対してグラインダ加工で機械研磨をする機械研磨工程と、
前記機械研磨したステンレス鋼部品を、塩化物からなる塩の電解質と、リンゴ酸、クエン酸、グルコン酸、乳酸、酒石酸、フマル酸、コハク酸、フィチン酸、酢酸、アスコルビン酸及びイタコン酸の少なくとも1つからなるキレート錯体を形成する酸成分と、を含む電解液を用いてアノード電解して電解研磨する電解研磨工程と、を備え、
前記ステンレス鋼部品の不動態化処理は、
前記脱スケール処理したステンレス鋼部品を、酸化剤を含む酸性水溶液で不動態化処理することを特徴とするステンレス鋼部品の処理方法。 - 請求項1に記載のステンレス鋼部品の処理方法であって、
前記塩化物は、塩化ナトリウムであることを特徴とするステンレス鋼部品の処理方法。
