Claims (6)
- 互いに平行に配列された複数本の経糸、及び前記経糸を編んで製織する緯糸を含む織物ストリップを補強ベルト層に含み、
前記緯糸は粘着剤エマルジョンを含み、
前記緯糸は前記経糸に接着されたものであり、
前記緯糸は、補強ベルト用テキスタイルコードである経糸よりも直径が小さく、高い伸び率を有し、前記経糸対比で90°方向にジグザグに位置している、
ことを特徴とするタイヤ。 - 前記織物ストリップは、前記織物ストリップをトッピング(topping)するトッピングゴムを含まないものである、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記織物ストリップの経糸は、0.5%~10%の熱収縮率を有する、ポリアミド又はポリエステルを含むものであり、
前記熱収縮率は、標準試験法に基づいてTestrite装置を使用して測定したものである、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記織物ストリップの緯糸は、ナイロン又はポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)を含むものである、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記織物ストリップは、厚さが0.4mm~1.0mmであり、幅が5mm~200mmであり、前記織物ストリップ内の経糸の本数は、4本~500本であるものである、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記織物ストリップの経糸は、RFL(レゾルシノール-ホルムアルデヒド-ラテックス)接着剤及び粘着剤エマルジョンを適用して熱処理されたものである、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
