Description
図1は、第1実施形態の電池監視装置51及びその周辺を示す回路図である。車両には、走行用の動力装置に加え、組電池60、電池監視装置51、補機バッテリ67等が搭載されている。
次に本発明の第2実施形態の電池監視装置52について説明する。以下の実施形態では、それ以前の実施形態のものと同一の又は対応する部材等については、同一の符号を付する。ただし、電池監視装置自体については、実施形態毎に異なる符号を付する。本実施形態については、第1実施形態をベースにそれと異なる点を中心に説明する。
図6は、第3実施形態の電池監視装置53を示す回路図である。本実施形態については、第2実施形態をベースにそれと異なる点を中心に説明する。電池監視装置53は、複数の信号線35の代わりに、一の信号線35と複数の接続線36とを備える。電池ECU10には、複数の信号出力ポート10c1~10cNの代わりに、一の信号出力ポート10cが設けられている。また、各電圧モニタ20には、信号出力ポート20cが設けられている。
以上の実施形態は、次のように変更して実施することもできる。例えば、親機16に、各子機26が、高電位の電池ブロック62に対応する電圧モニタ20のものから順に起動するものと認識させ、各子機26を当該順に起動させてIDを割り付けてもよい。また例えば、複数の電池ブロック62を並列に設け、親機16に、各子機26が、並びの一端の電池ブロック62に対応する電圧モニタ20のものから順に起動するものと認識させ、各子機26を当該順に起動させてIDを割り付けてもよい。
Claims (5)
- 車両に搭載されている組電池(60)が有する複数の単位電池(63)を監視する装置であって、
電池ECU(10)と、複数の前記単位電池をグループ分けした電池ブロック(62)毎に設置されている電圧モニタ(20)とを有し、前記電池ECUは、指令を前記電圧モニタに無線送信し、前記電圧モニタは、前記単位電池の電圧情報を検出して前記電池ECUに無線送信する、電池監視装置(51~53)において、
各前記電圧モニタを、前記電池ECUが認識している所定の順に時間差をおいて起動させるモニタ起動装置(10,20)を備え、各前記電圧モニタは、起動したものから順に前記電池ECUと無線通信をしてIDが割り付けられ、
前記モニタ起動装置は、前記電池ECUを含み、
前記電池ECUと各前記電圧モニタとは、電力を供給する電力線(33)により互いに接続されており、各前記電圧モニタは、前記電池ECUから前記電力線により電力が供給されることにより起動するものであり、
前記電池ECUは、複数の前記電圧モニタに対して前記所定の順に前記電力の供給を開始することにより、複数の前記電圧モニタを前記所定の順に起動させる、電池監視装置。 - 車両に搭載されている組電池(60)が有する複数の単位電池(63)を監視する装置であって、

前記電池ECUは、前記所定の電圧モニタに起動信号を送信することにより、前記所定の電圧モニタを起動させ、その後順次、起動した前記電圧モニタが、自身に前記接続線により接続されている、起動していない前記電圧モニタに起動信号を送信することにより、複数の前記電圧モニタが前記所定の順に起動する、電池監視装置。 - 前記電池ECU以外から供給される電力は、前記単位電池から供給される電力である、請求項2又は3に記載の電池監視装置。
- 前記電池ブロックは、直列に接続されており、
前記モニタ起動装置は、各前記電圧モニタを、前記所定の順として、対応する前記電池ブロックが高電位のものから順に、又は対応する前記電池ブロックが低電位のものから順に起動させる、請求項1~4のうちいずれか1項に記載の電池監視装置。
