Claims (12)
- 肺動脈挿入用三尖弁逆流症手術用器具であって、
三尖弁に斜めに貫通する遮断部と、
ガイドワイヤーに沿って下大静脈から肺動脈へ移動できるように内部にガイドワイヤー案内用ルーメンが形成された挿入チューブと、
肺動脈に肺動脈挿入用三尖弁逆流症手術用器具を固定することができる肺動脈固定部材と、を含む、肺動脈挿入用三尖弁逆流症手術用器具。 - 前記肺動脈固定部材は、
下部の肺動脈固定部材胴体と、
前記肺動脈固定部材胴体に放射状に結合された多数の肺動脈固定体と、を含む、請求項1に記載の肺動脈挿入用三尖弁逆流症手術用器具。 - 前記肺動脈固定部材胴体は、
中心軸上にホールを有する円筒状に形成され、前記挿入チューブと結合されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の肺動脈挿入用三尖弁逆流症手術用器具。 - 前記肺動脈固定部材胴体は、
外周面に結合され、外部から挿入されるフックを用いて掛けることができる肺動脈突出フックをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の肺動脈挿入用三尖弁逆流症手術用器具。 - 前記肺動脈固定部材胴体は、リング状に形成され、前記肺動脈固定部材は、一端が前記肺動脈固定部材胴体と結合され、前記挿入チューブ内に挿入される固定部材連結ワイヤーを含む、請求項2に記載の肺動脈挿入用三尖弁逆流症手術用器具。
- 前記肺動脈固定部材は、
リボン形状を有するワイヤーで形成された肺動脈固定体と、
前記肺動脈固定体に結合されている肺動脈固定部材胴体と、を含む、請求項1に記載の肺動脈挿入用三尖弁逆流症手術用器具。 - 前記肺動脈固定部材胴体は、中心軸上にホールを有する円筒状に形成され、前記挿入チューブと結合されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の肺動脈挿入用三尖弁逆流症手術用器具。
- 前記肺動脈固定部材胴体は、リング状に形成され、
前記肺動脈固定部材は、前記肺動脈固定体と結合され、リング状に形成された前記肺動脈固定部材胴体の中心軸を貫通して前記挿入チューブ内に挿入されている固定部材連結ワイヤーを含む、請求項6に記載の肺動脈挿入用三尖弁逆流症手術用器具。 - 前記遮断部は、
両端が前記挿入チューブに結合される支持ワイヤーと、
一側が前記挿入チューブに固定され、前記支持ワイヤーによって支持される遮断膜と、を含む、請求項1に記載の肺動脈挿入用三尖弁逆流症手術用器具。 - 前記遮断部は、
膨張または収縮することができる風船状の遮断バルーンであり、
一端が前記遮断バルーンに連結されて連通するバルーンチューブと、
前記バルーンチューブの他端に連結されて患者の体外に設置され、前記遮断バルーンを膨張または収縮させるバルーン調節ハブと、をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の肺動脈挿入用三尖弁逆流症手術用器具。 - 前記遮断部は、
前記挿入チューブが貫通するように設置され、中心軸が前記挿入チューブに斜めに形成されたリング状ワイヤーと、
前記挿入チューブと前記リング状ワイヤーとを連結する遮断膜とを含む、請求項1に記載の肺動脈挿入用三尖弁逆流症手術用器具。 - 肺動脈挿入用三尖弁逆流症器具は、体内へ移動するために、前記肺動脈挿入用三尖弁逆流症器具を挿入することができるルーメンが形成されたシースチューブをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の肺動脈挿入用三尖弁逆流症手術用器具。
