Description
さらに、倍力機構は、一対のカム部材を1本の揺動軸に軸着して構成すると共に、カム部材の構造も簡易であるから、全体として簡易な構造であり、よって、アクチュエータの生産性・取扱性・メンテナンス性はもとより耐久性も高まり、また、小型化にも極めて好適となっている。
また、3個所のカム面は、ディスク部材の小径部の軸心位置に近い位置となっており、しかも上下に略対称位置となっているからカム面から受ける押圧力が均等にディスク部材に伝わることになり、さらに2個所のカム面は、左右の軸線上に略対称位置であるから、ピストン部下面がカム部材から受ける反力が均等となり、ピストンに無理な偏芯力が作用することはないため、ピストンとディスク部材の力の伝達が極めて良好となる。

Claims (4)
- アクチュエータ本体内に設けた弾発部材とこの弾発部材により付勢された弾発部材側のピストンとエア圧により前記弾発部材より下方側のピストンを動かすための少なくとも2つのエア室を配置し、弁閉方向に増幅された力を発揮させるための倍力機構を下方側の前記エア室に収納し、前記倍力機構は、一対のカム部材を共通の揺動軸に枢着して下方側の前記エア室内に収容し、一対の前記カム部材の一方側には、当該カム部材の上端部に前記ピストンの下面に当接する当接部と下端部にアクチュエータの平面視において二股の断面コ字状に形成された軸着部を形成し、他方側の前記カム部材には、当該カム部材の上端部に前記ピストンの下面に当接する当接部と下端部に軸着部を形成し、一方側の前記カム部材の2つの前記軸着部の間に他方側の前記カム部材の前記軸着部を装入した状態で共通の前記揺動軸で軸着し、一対の前記カム部材の軸着部の下面側には、それぞれ出力部材と当接するカム面が形成されており、前記出力部材は、前記カム部材の前記カム面と当接する大径部と前記アクチュエータ下部のベースに形成された取付穴にOリングを介して嵌合可能な小径部とから成るディスク部材であり、一対の前記カム部材の前記カム面は、前記ディスク部材の前記小径部側に均等に配置された状態で前記ディスク部材に当接し、一対の前記カム部材のそれぞれの前記当接部は、アクチュエータの平面視において前記揺動軸を中心に左右軸線上の対称位置に設けられると共に、前記弾発部材により付勢されたピストンの動力は、前記当接部を力点、前記揺動部を支点、前記カム面を作用点として前記カム部材が前記揺動軸を介して回動することによって増幅されて前記出力部材に伝達されるようにしたことを特徴とするバルブ用アクチュエータ。
- 前記当接部にはローラを有するローラ部を設け、このローラが前記ピストンとの当接面を転動することで、前記カム部材が前記揺動軸を介して回動するようにした請求項1に記載のバルブ用アクチュエータ。
- 前記小径部の径は、前記エア室内へエアを供給した際、前記ディスク部材が、供給エア圧により前記エア室外側へ向けて押し出される圧力よりも、ダイヤフラムの自己復帰反力に基づいて前記エア室内側へ向けて動かされる力の方が大きくなる程度の径に設定した請求項1に記載のバルブ用アクチュエータ。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載のバルブ用アクチュエータを備え、前記出力部材を介してボデー内に設けた弁座シートにダイヤフラムを押圧して弁閉するようにしたダイヤフラムバルブ。
