Description
溶接継ぎ目は、溶融した部品が再び固化する際に生成される。
―加熱装置は、電気絶縁性の、好ましくはセラミック製の保護フィルムで覆われた少なくとも1つの電気抵抗発熱体を有する。
―少なくとも1つのレーザービームは、好ましくは、レーザー光線に対して通過な素子、すなわちプランジャー及び/又はカウンターホルダーの一体部分を通り、接合領域内の金属製又はセラミック製の構成要素に向けられる。複数のレーザービームは、しかしながら、好ましくは個々に制御可能な複数のレーザービーム光源のアレイ配置によって、金属製又はセラミック製の要素の表面に向けられて使用可能である。
―それは、プランジャーに及び/又はカウンターホルダーの側に、少なくとも1つのインダクターを有し、金属製の構成要素の誘導加熱に使用される。

サイクル時間は、加熱後における熱可塑性プラスチック材料の固化プロセスを短縮することができるため、冷却によってさらに短縮可能である。
部品の幾何学的形状のために存在する接合領域における異方性熱伝導は、接合面の後部領域の直接照射による金属製パートナーの加熱において特に重要である。したがって、制御された、空間的に敵同された熱入力が、接合領域において均一な温度場を達成するために必要である。
冷却は、加熱フェーズ(所望の温度及び接合領域における保持時間の達成)の終了後に行われ、そして、ポリマーの固化及び形状適合又は材料連続性が、熱可塑性プラスチックポリマー及び金属製又はセラミック製の材料の間に形成される。圧密温度未満に下がると、互いに押し、そして実質的に接合するプロセスは、終了する。
1.単一層又は多層として構成される高性能セラミックヒーター、又は、金属接合パートナー又は誘導励起領域を誘導加熱するレーザーは、プロセスの熱源として使用可能である。
2.高性能セラミックヒーターは、少なくとも1つの電気抵抗加熱素子を備え、非常に良好な熱伝導及び接点の短絡により接合領域における均一な温度場を達成するために不均一な加熱が行われるように設計されるべきであり、導電性接合パートナーの加熱を防止することができる。
3.セラミックヒーター又はレーザー透過性要素/媒体、又は、ツール内/ツールに設置されたインダクターのコイルは、導かれた接合圧力によって所望の接合領域内において互いに押圧可能である。
4.プランジャー又はカウンターホルダーの領域は、それぞれの接合パートナーを接触し、接合される表面輪郭がマッピングされるように、すなわち対応する相補的な方法で輪郭付けされるように構成可能である。
5.装置又は装置の一部は、接合される構成要素と接触し、手動及びロボット又はリニア運動システムの両方で使用可能に実装されるように構成される。
6.2つの材料の接合領域における先行する接着改善プロセス(例えば、接着剤、三度ブラスト、レーザー加工等)は、接合の前に実施可能である。
7.接合パートナーの導かれた冷却のための素子は、装置内/装置に、一体化される、又は存在することができ、ガスの強制対流、又は作動可能な冷却プレートによる導かれた熱伝導、又はプランジャー及び装置を介した放熱に基づいて、熱可塑性プラスチックの冷却効果を引き起こす。
・対応する輪郭が描かれた方法で特に幾何学的に適合する、プランジャー及びカウンターホルダーの使用によって、互いに接合又は分離される、構成要素の幾何学的制限を伴わない、装置のフレキシブルな使用。
・非常に高性能な加熱及び冷却(例えば、7000k/sでの高性能セラミックヒーター及び350k/mmまでの非常に高い温度勾配)による非常に短いプロセス時間、一方、例えば窒化ケイ素又は窒化アルミニウムから構成され、200k/s以下の加熱速度を有する従来のセラミックヒータープレートは、より遅い挙動を示す。
・初期溶融でのみ、熱可塑性プラスチックポリマー又は熱可塑性プラスチック材料のガラス転移温度(T0)よりも十分な軟化を必要とするため、互いに接合又は分離される材料を幅広く選択することができる。
・構成要素の、プレフィックス及び完全な接合、の両方に使用可能である。
・接合される構成要素の対応する剛性によって、単純な重なり接続を確立するために片方から近接可能であれば十分である。
・適切な表面前処理を行うと、金属製又はセラミック製の構成要素の結合を熱可塑性プラスチック複合材料の繊維構造まで実現可能であり、したがって、境界層においてのみ起こる接着力による接着結合に比較して、高い結合強度を達成可能である。
・接合領域(統合された高性能温度検出及び温度制御が可能である)内における均一な温度分布によって定められた不均一な加熱を達成する。
・セラミック製電気抵抗加熱素子は、使用目的に適合ディ他方法で、製造及び交換可能である。
Claims (7)
- 金属製又はセラミック製の少なくとも1つの構成要素(1)と、熱可塑性ポリマーから形成される構成要素(a component formed from or by a thermoplastic polymer)(2)と、の、材料連続性、又は、材料連続性及び形状適合性、を有する結合を、形成又は分離する、装置であって、当該構成要素(1及び2)は、カウンターホルダー(4)及びプランジャー(3)を有するプレス装置によって一緒にプレスされるように接合され、
加熱装置(6)は、前記プランジャー(3)及び/又は前記カウンターホルダー(4)に配置、又は、そこにおいて動作し、前記加熱装置(6)は、前記構成要素(2)を形成する前記ポリマーの軟化温度以上まで前記金属製又はセラミック製の少なくとも1つの構成要素(1)を加熱することを達成し、
前記加熱装置(6)は、
接合領域内の前記構成要素(1)に向けられた少なくとも1つのレーザービームを有し、
及び/又は、
前記構成要素(1及び2)の誘導加熱に使用される前記プランジャー(3)及び/又は前記カウンターホルダー(4)に少なくとも1つのインダクターを有し、
ここで、前記接合領域における金属製又はセラミック製の前記構成要素(1)の局所的に規定された加熱は、前記加熱装置(6)によって達成され、
少なくとも1つの前記レーザービームは、前記接合領域において達成される均一な温度場における空間分解能を検出する温度測定装置に依存して、偏向及び/又は動作可能であって、
及び/又は、少なくとも1つの前記インダクターは、前記接合領域において均一な温度場が達成されるように、前記構成要素(1)に対して、可動又は調整可能に動作することができるように設計され、
金属製又はセラミック製の前記構成要素(1)に係合する、固定要素又はクランプ要素が、前記プランジャー(3)及び前記カウンターホルダー(4)に存在し、材料連続性、又は、材料連続性及び形状適合性、を有する結合を分離し、前記プランジャー(3)と前記カウンターホルダー(4)とを移動する際に金属製又はセラミック製の前記構成要素(1)に引張力を作用させることを特徴とする、装置。 - 軟化されたまたは溶融された前記ポリマーが入る少なくとも1つの開口及び/又は1つの凹部、又は、軟化されたまたは溶融された前記ポリマーに浸入する隆起が、前記接合領域内の金属製又はセラミック製の前記構成要素(1)に存在し、形状適合接続に使用可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのレーザービームは、計測された、又は、前記接合領域内の前記構成要素(1)の空間分解能として知られている、送り方向の温度、前記レーザービームの焦点の前記送り速度、前記焦点領域の大きさ、その性能、及び/又は、前記レーザービームのパルス動作におけるパルスレート及びパルス長に応じて、調節可能な方法で動作可能であり、それぞれ照射された前記構成要素(1)の均一な温度場は前記接合領域内において維持され、前記温度は前記軟化温度以上分解温度以下に維持されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つのセンサーは、存在し、前記接合領域内における温度の決定を空間的に解決するために形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 金属製又はセラミック製の少なくとも1つの構成要素(1)と、熱可塑性ポリマーから形成される構成要素(2)と、の、材料連続性、又は、材料連続性及び形状適合性、を有する結合を、形成又は分離する、方法であって、当該構成要素(1及び2)は、カウンターホルダー(4)及びプランジャー(3)を有するプレス装置によって一緒にプレスされ、前記ポリマーの加熱は、前記プランジャー(3)及び/又は前記カウンターホルダー(4)に配置されている少なくとも1つの加熱装置(6)を用いて、少なくとも一緒にプレスされている間に起こり、少なくとも1つの金属製又はセラミック製の前記構成要素(1)の加熱は、軟化温度以上、接合領域がポリマーで形成されている前記構成要素(2)の分解温度以下で起こり、
前記加熱装置(6)において、レーザービームの偏向運動の影響、ビーム形状、及び/又は前記接合領域内の金属部品の材料内に局所的に定義された方法で結合することができるエネルギーによって、金属製又はセラミック製の前記構成要素(1)上の少なくとも1つのレーザービームを用いて前記接合領域内において調節又は制御された方法で加熱が行われ、
及び/又は、
代替として、前記プランジャー(3)及び/又は前記カウンターホルダー(4)に存在すると共に前記構成要素(1)の加熱のために構成された少なくとも1つのインダクターを用いて必要な加熱が行われ、前記接合領域内において局所的な加熱を達成するように調節又は制御が行われる、
及び、
前記熱可塑性ポリマーの塑性変形が起こり、材料連続性を有する又は材料連続性及び形状適合性を有する接続が確立され、
又は、
引張力は、金属製又はセラミック製の前記構成要素(1)において働き、前記熱可塑性ポリマーの温度が前記軟化温度に到達した後に、材料連続性を有する又は材料連続性及び形状適合性を有する接続を分離する、前記プランジャー(3)及び前記カウンターホルダー(4)の動作によって、作用され、
ここで、前記接合領域における金属製又はセラミック製の前記構成要素(1)の局所的に規定された加熱は、前記加熱装置(6)によって達成され、
少なくとも1つの前記レーザービームは、前記接合領域において達成される均一な温度場における空間分解能を検出する温度測定装置に依存して、偏向及び/又は動作可能であって、
及び/又は、少なくとも1つの前記インダクターは、前記接合領域において均一な温度場が達成されるように、前記構成要素(1)に対して、可動又は調整可能に動作することができるように設計され、
金属製又はセラミック製の前記構成要素(1)に係合する、固定要素又はクランプ要素が、前記プランジャー(3)及び前記カウンターホルダー(4)に存在し、材料連続性、又は、材料連続性及び形状適合性、を有する結合を分離し、前記プランジャー(3)と前記カウンターホルダー(4)とを移動する際に金属製又はセラミック製の前記構成要素(1)に引張力を作用させることを特徴とする、方法。 - 冷却は、冷却媒体を供給する、又は、前記ポリマー材料の前記塑性変形に続いて冷却要素を使用することによって行われることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱装置(6)、及び/又は、前記プランジャー(3)及び/又は前記カウンターホルダー(4)の動作によって実行され、力センサー及び/又は経路センサーを用いて前記構成要素(1及び2)を一緒にプレスすることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
