Description
本発明のフレキシブル耐衝撃保護材は、フレキシブル基板を主体として、フレキシブル基板に剪断増粘流体(STF)が封入されており、剪断増粘流体は優れる衝撃吸収能力を有し、即ち、通常の状態では非常に柔らかであるが、高速の衝撃又は押圧に遭遇すると、材料の粘度が急激に増加して固くなり、固体に近く、従って外力を消化し、外力がなくなると、材料は元の柔らかい状態に戻る。フレキシブル耐衝撃保護材は、可撓性を有するので曲げることができ、優れる耐衝撃性も有する。
1、ポリカーボネート材料を選択し、ナノインプリント技術を使用してキャビティを有する透明基板を製作する。
2、透明基板のキャビティに光透過性の剪断増粘流体を充填する。
3、溶融プレス方式によってキャビティの上にフィルムを附着して、厚さが0.25nmである透明基板を得る。
4、光学接着剤によって、パッケージされた透明基板をディスプレイデバイスパネルの表面に貼り付ける。
5、ポリカーボネート材料を使用して同じ厚さのキャビティのない透明基板を作製する。比較例として、同様に光学接着剤によってディスプレイデバイスパネルの表面に貼り付ける。
6、50gの鋼球を5cmの高さから上記の2つのディスプレイパネルの表面に自由に落下させてから、ディスプレイパネルの機能及び作動情況を検査する。

- フレキシブル基板及びフィルムを備え、前記フレキシブル基板にはキャビティが設けられており、前記キャビティには剪断増粘流体が充填されており、前記フィルムは前記フレキシブル基板に固定されて前記フレキシブル基板を覆うことにより、剪断増粘流体で充填された前記キャビティを密封するフレキシブル耐衝撃保護材から作製され、前記フレキシブル基板は、保護しようとするOLEDデバイスの形状と一致する形状を有する透明基板であり、前記キャビティは、OLEDデバイスの発光層画素構造に対応して設置され、前記フィルムは、透明なフィルムであり、前記透明基板に貼り付けられ且つ固定されて前記キャビティを密封し、前記キャビティに充填された剪断増粘流体は光透過性材料を選択し、
前記フレキシブル基板及び前記フィルムは両方ともフレキシブル高分子材料であり、
前記フレキシブル高分子材料は、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリイミド、ポリメチルメタクリレートの中の少なくとも一種である、
