Claims (1)
- ガス充填状態における内圧が大気圧以下に保持され供給用のガスが吸着された吸着剤を収納したガス貯留容器を、ガス配管におけるメンテナンス区間であるガス供給先に接続し、
前記メンテナンス区間への前記ガス配管からのガス流通を遮断した状態で、前記ガス貯留容器から前記ガスを吸引して、前記ガス供給先へ前記ガスを供給して、前記ガス供給先のガス圧を昇圧し、
前記ガス供給先のガス圧が前記メンテナンス区間の気密試験処理に要する所定の基準圧に達した後に、前記ガス貯留容器から前記ガス供給先へのガス供給を停止し、
前記気密試験処理の終了後、前記ガス流通の再開前に、前記ガス配管における供給圧以下となるように前記メンテナンス区間から前記ガス貯留容器へガスを排出して前記メンテナンス区間内の圧力を減圧する、
ガス供給方法。
