Description
(a)精油を提供し、任意で精油を有機溶媒と混合して溶液を形成することと、
(b)精油または溶液を少なくとも1つの選択性ナノ濾過膜と接触させ、その際、精油に由来する少なくとも1つの化合物を含む残余分が形成され、且つ残余分と透過溶液の組成が異なるように精油に由来する少なくとも1つの化合物を含む透過分が形成されることと、
(c)任意で残余分から有機溶媒を取り除き、精製された油を形成することによって、
たとえば、農薬、殺真菌剤または殺虫剤等の望ましくない物質及び鉄等の他の環境汚染物質を減らすことにより、精油の着色成分を取り除き、及び/または精油の臭気質を維持し、または高めるプロセスに関する。
(i)膜が支持層と最上層とから成る選択的透過性の薄膜複合(TFC)ナノ濾過膜を提供することと、
(ii)場合により溶媒成分とともに、流動性投入物に提供することと、
(iii)膜の表面を横切ってそれを移動させることによって流動性投入物を分離し、残余分と透過分を形成し、透過分の1つ以上の成分の濃度が流動性投入物と比べて低下することとを含む、香料、香味料または化粧品成分のための着色の少ない精油を提供するナノ濾過プロセスに関するものであり、その際、透過分が流動性投入物と比べて脱色され、国際照明委員会によって特定されているようなCIELAB色測定方式に従って、透過分の明度の値L*が流動性投入物と比べて1以上のΔL*に上昇し、透過分の色度C*が流動性投入物と比べて、-2以下のΔC*に低下する。
によってこうして定義され、その際、a*及びb*はこの方式における色座標である。

I.スペクトル光度計による透明液体の色判定(L*a*b*)
この方法は、Hach Langeのスペクトル光度計(Lico400小型)を用いて透明な液体について色を判定するのに役立つ。
型:参照ビームパスを持つ走査回折格子分光光度計
視幾何0°/180°(透過光)
スペクトル範囲色測定:380nm~780nm/10nm
標準光源Cについて算出されたX(赤)、Y(緑)及びZ(青)の透過率及び2°の標準観測者(DIN5033)―色測定(またASTM E170、ISO7724)
上述の分析の結果は、その現在有効なバージョンにおける規制(EC)396/2005(食品及び飼料の中または上における殺虫剤の最大残留レベルに関する規制)の要件に従う。
鉄含量を誘導結合プラズマ発光分析(ICP-OES)によって測定した。誘導結合プラズマ(ICP)は定量的バルク元素組成を測定する分析法である。熱励起された検体の原子またはイオンから元素特異的な特徴的な波長で放出される放射線の強度を測定する発光分光計(OES)によって検体種が検出され、定量される。それはDIN EN ISO11885に従って実行された。使用した装置はWhatman Typ Spartan30である。
乾燥残留物は秤量規模の溶媒の蒸発によって欧州薬局方に従って決定される。抽出物の定義された量または体積(2.0g)または(2.0mL)を秤量規模で100~105℃の乾燥キャビネットに入れる。次いで、五酸化リンまたはシリカを介して残留物を冷却する。試験結果はパーセント(m/m)またはグラム/リットルで定義される。
過酸化物の値はナノ濾過の前後で検出した。過酸化物の検出によって不飽和油脂における酸敗臭の最初の証拠が得られる。それは油試料が最初の酸化を受けている程度の評価基準を提供する。過酸化物の値は油脂の1キログラム当たりの過酸化物の酸素の量として定義される。SI単位は、キログラム当たりのミリモルで定義される(O2の1mEq=1ミリモル/2=O2の0.5ミリモルで2は価数であるのでN.B.1ミリ当量=0.5ミリモル)。
1倍のマンダリン油(250g)を、30℃の温度及び30バールの濾過圧にておよそ350g/モルの名目上の分子量カットオフを持つらせん状または平板のPDMS-GMT-NC-1膜によって濾過した。その結果、226gに油が透過した。
エタノール/水95/5で希釈した10倍のバニラ抽出物(200g)を、40℃の温度及び30バールの濾過圧にておよそ350g/モルの名目上の分子量カットオフを持つらせん状または平板のPDMS-GMT-NC-1膜によって濾過した。透過分の流量は8.57kg/時間・m2だった。その結果、312gの希釈した油が透過した。溶媒は真空下で取り除かれた。
1倍のパチョリ油(250g)を、30℃の温度及び30バールの濾過圧にておよそ350g/モルの名目上の分子量カットオフを持つらせん状または平板のPDMS-GMT-NC-1膜によって濾過した。その結果、208gの油が透過した。透過分の流量は14.14kg/時間・m2だった。
70gのMTBEに溶解した1倍のパチョリ油(180g)を、30℃の温度及び30バールの濾過圧にておよそ350g/モルの名目上の分子量カットオフを持つらせん状または平板のPDMS-GMT-NC-1膜によって濾過した。その結果、210gの油が透過した。真空下で且つ廃棄する50mLのエタノールと共にMTBEを取り除いた。透過分の流量は53.57kg/時間・m2だった。
10倍のオレンジ油(202g)を、30℃の温度及び30バールの濾過圧にておよそ350g/モルの名目上の分子量カットオフを持つらせん状または平板のPDMS-GMT-NC-1膜によって濾過した。その結果、68gの油が透過した。透過分の流量は19.29kg/時間・m2だった。
データは、本発明によって、ストロビルリン、特にアゾキシストロビン、ピラクロストロビン及びトリフロキシストロビンを含む殺真菌剤が、本発明のプロセスにより油からほぼ完全に取り除かれることを示している。有機リン系殺虫剤、特にクロルピリホス及びメチダチオンならびに有機窒素系殺虫剤、特にプロパルギットを含む残留農薬(殺虫剤)でのさらなる減少が達成されてもよい。さらに、殺昆虫剤(ピレスロイド類)、特にビフェントリン、シフルトリン及びシペルメトリンを減少させる。この実施例は精油からの残留農薬の除去を実証している。
200gのエタノールで希釈したベンゾインシャム油(50g)を、30℃の温度及び30バールの濾過圧にておよそ350g/モルの名目上の分子量カットオフを持つらせん状または平板のPDMS-GMT-NC-1膜によって濾過した。その結果、58gの油が透過した。透過分の流量は21.43kg/時間・m2だった。
ペルーバルサム(200g)を、30℃の温度及び30バールの濾過圧にておよそ350g/モルの名目上の分子量カットオフを持つらせん状または平板のPDMS-GMT-NC-1膜によって濾過した。その結果、90gの油が透過した。透過分の流量は8.57kg/時間・m2だった。
ブラッドオレンジ油を、30℃の温度及び30バールの濾過圧にておよそ350g/モルの名目上の分子量カットオフを持つらせん状または平板のPDMS-GMT-NC-1膜によって濾過した。その結果、16gの油が透過した。透過分の流量は64.29kg/時間・m2だった。
タンジェリン油(263g)を、30℃の温度及び30バールの濾過圧にておよそ350g/モルの名目上の分子量カットオフを持つらせん状または平板のPDMS-GMT-NC-1膜によって濾過した。その結果、51gの油が透過した。透過分の流量は64.29kg/時間・m2だった。
溶媒なしで実施例1に記載されている方法に従ってレモン油を精製した。透過分の流量は71.14kg/時間・m2だった。
溶媒なしで実施例1に記載されている方法に従って丁子葉油を精製した。透過分の流量は12.64kg/時間・m2だった。
溶媒なしで実施例1に記載されている方法に従ってイランイラン油を精製した。透過分の流量は24.00kg/時間・m2だった。
表8は、流動性投入物に対するナノ濾過後の透過分のΔL*及びΔC*の差異を示す。各試料では、濾過の後、明度の明らかな上昇及び彩度の減少があったが、それは精製法の有効性を実証している。透過分のUV安定性試験については、明度及び彩度における有意な変化はなかったが、それは再着色がなかったことを意味する。
Claims (18)
- 香料、香味料または化粧品成分のための着色が少ない精油を提供するナノ濾過プロセスであって、以下の工程:
(i)膜が支持層と最上層とから成る選択的に透過性の薄膜複合(TFC)ナノ濾過膜を提供することと、
(ii)場合により溶媒成分と共に、流動性投入物を提供することと、
(iii)前記膜の表面を横切って前記流動性投入物を移動させることによって前記流動性投入物を分離して残余分と透過分とを形成し、前記透過分の1つ以上の成分の濃度が前記流動性投入物と比べて低下していることとを含み;
前記透過分が前記流動性投入物と比べて脱色され、国際照明委員会によって特定されているようなCIELAB色測定方式に従って、前記透過分の明度の値L*が前記流動性投入物と比べて1以上のΔL*に上昇しており、前記透過分の色度C*が前記流動性投入物と比べて-2以下のΔC*に低下している、前記ナノ濾過プロセス。 - 前記透過分の前記明度の値L*が前記流動性投入物と比べて1.5以上ΔL * に上昇しており、及び/または前記透過分の前記色度C*が前記流動性投入物と比べて-4以下のΔC * に低下している、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記透過分の色安定性は、ナノ濾過の48時間後の前記透過分の明度の変化によって測定される再着色が、ナノ濾過直後の前記透過分と比べて-1.0以上のΔL * にしか低下せず、及び/またはナノ濾過の48時間後の前記透過分の色度C * が、ナノ濾過後の前記透過分と比べて10以下のΔC * にしか上昇しない程度のものである、請求項1または2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記TFCナノ濾過膜が窒素含有ポリマーを含まない、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記TFCナノ濾過膜の前記支持層が、ヘテロ原子O、N、S及び/またはハロゲン及び/またはSiの1以上を含むポリマーを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記支持層が、ポリジメチルシロキサン、ポリオクチルメチルシロキサン、ポリ[1-(トリメチルシリル)-1-プロピン]、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリフッ化ビニリデン及びポリエーテルエーテルケトンから成る群から選択される物質を含む、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記最上層が、ポリジメチルシロキサン、ポリオクチルメチルシロキサン、ポリ[1-(トリメチルシリル)-1-プロピン]、ポリ(2,6-ジメチル-1,4-フェニレンオキサイド)、ポリアクリル酸、固有の微孔構造のポリマー(PIM-1)、ポリスチレン-b-ポリ(エチレンオキサイド)ジブロックコポリマー、ポリ(スチレンスルホン酸ナトリウム(PSS)、及びポリビニルサルフェート(PVS)及びそれらの混合物から成る群から選択される物質を含む、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記最上層が、シリコーンでコーティングされた有機物親和性の層である、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記TFCナノ濾過膜が150g/モル~1200g/モルの間の分子量カットオフを有する、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 精油と溶媒とを含み、前記溶媒が少なくとも10重量%の有機溶媒成分と任意で水とを含み、前記溶媒成分が少なくとも3×10-30Cmの双極子モーメントを有する、請求項1~9のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記流動性投入物を調製するのに使用される前記有機溶媒が少なくとも4×10-30Cmの双極子モーメントを有する、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記溶媒がさらに、2×10-30Cm未満の双極子モーメントを有する第2の有機溶媒成分を含む、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 膜を介した前記流速が少なくとも8kg[透過分]/時間・m2[膜]である、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記精油が、オレンジ、柑橘、レモン、ライム、グレープフルーツ、ベルガモット、キーライム、ザボン、シトロン、マンダリン、タンジェリン、ダイダイ、ブラッドオレンジから成る群から選択されるような柑橘属に由来し、及び/または前記精油が、ペルーバルサム油、ベンゾインシャム油、パチョリ油、ローズ油、イランイラン油、丁子葉、レモン油、オークモスアブソリュート及びバニラ抽出物から成る群から選択される、請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記精油が、マンダリン油、ペルーバルサム油、タンジェリン油、ブラッドオレンジ油、パチョリ油、バニラ抽出物及びベンゾインシャム油から成る群から選択される、請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 請求項1~15のいずれか1項に記載のプロセスによって得られる着色が少ない精油。
- 高級香料組成物、香料処方、香味料または化粧品成分またはシャワージェルのための請求項16に記載の着色が少ない精油の使用。
- 請求項1~15のいずれかに記載の精油の精製のためのナノ濾過プロセスを実施するための装置であって、
支持層と最上層とを持つ選択的に透過性の薄膜複合(TFC)ナノ濾過膜を含み、
前記TFCナノ濾過膜は窒素含有ポリマーを含まず;
前記最上層はポリジメチルシロキサンであり;
膜を通る流速は少なくとも8kg[透過分]/時間・m2[膜]であり;
前記TFCナノ濾過膜は350g/モル~500g/モルの間の分子量カットオフを有する、前記装置。
