Claims (12)
- 静定セクションがなく、金属製撹拌型内部構造物(2)及び静的内部構造物(1)を有する撹拌型液液接触装置(3)であって、前記撹拌型液液接触装置(3)における液体間の接触、熱伝達、又は物質移動を改善するのに適するように具現化され、前記静的内部構造物(1)の表面エネルギーが、40mN/m未満であり、前記撹拌型液液接触装置(3)は、さらに回転可能に設けられたシャフトを備え、前記金属製撹拌型内部構造物(2)は、前記シャフト上に取り付けられて、前記シャフトから外へ半径方向に延びることを特徴とする、撹拌型液液接触装置(3)。
- 撹拌型液液接触装置(3)がその中の液体の流れに適合され、それによって、前記液体が、ストリームの向流で流れ、撹拌型液液接触装置(3)が、さらに、
中心軸線(A)を有する実質的に垂直なカラム(4)と、
前記カラムの上側区域に位置する、第1の流体用の第1の出口(5)及び第2の流体用の第2の入口(6)と、

- 前記撹拌型内部構造物(2)が、金属製である、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の撹拌型液液接触装置(3)。
- 前記静的内部構造物(1)の表面エネルギーが、30mN/m未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の撹拌型液液接触装置(3)。
- 前記静的内部構造物(1)の表面エネルギーが、25mN/m未満であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の撹拌型液液接触装置(3)。
- 前記静的内部構造物(1)の表面エネルギーが、20mN/m未満であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の撹拌型液液接触装置(3)。
- 接触過程又は熱伝達過程又は物質移動過程における、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の撹拌型液液接触装置(3)の使用。
- 前記使用が、液液抽出過程である、請求項8に記載の撹拌型液液接触装置(3)の使用。
- 前記液液抽出過程が、二相を備えており、前記二相が、少なくとも1mN/mの界面張力を有する、請求項9に記載の撹拌型液液接触装置(3)の使用。
- 一方の相が水相であり、第2の相が、10mN/mから30mN/mの界面張力を有する有機相である、請求項8から10までのいずれか一項に記載の撹拌型液液接触装置(3)の使用。
- 前記静的内部構造物(1)が、30度超の、分散相との静的接触角を有する、請求項8から11までのいずれか一項に記載の撹拌型液液接触装置(3)の使用。
