Claims (10)
- ハイブリッド-パワートレーン(1)であって、少なくとも以下の構成要素、すなわち
トルクを引き渡すための駆動シャフト(3)を備えた内燃機関(2)と、
トルクを電気エネルギに変換するための発電機シャフト(5)を備えた発電機(4)と、
トルクを引き渡すためのロータシャフト(7)を備えた電気機械(6)と、
前記駆動シャフト(3)のトルクおよび前記ロータシャフト(7)のトルクを伝達するために調整されている伝動機構(8)と、
前記内燃機関(2)および/または前記電気機械(6)により入力されたトルクの消費器としての被動部(9)と、
前記駆動シャフト(3)から前記被動部(9)へのトルク伝達を接続し、また遮断するための少なくとも1つの遮断クラッチ(11,12)と、
を有している、ハイブリッド-パワートレーン(1)において、
前記発電機(4)が、前記駆動シャフト(3)と前記伝動機構(8)との間のトルク伝達経路内に配置されており、
前記発電機(4)は、電気的な駆動モータとしても運転可能であり、前記遮断クラッチ(11,12)が前記駆動シャフト(3)から前記被動部(9)へのトルク伝達を接続する際に、前記発電機(4)の回転数は、前記駆動シャフト(3)と前記伝動機構(8)の入力側との間の相対回転数が少なくとも十分にゼロに接近するように制御されることを特徴とする、ハイブリッド-パワートレーン(1)。 - 前記遮断クラッチのうちの第1の遮断クラッチ(11)が、前記発電機(4)に対して内燃機関側に配置されており、前記駆動シャフト(3)と前記発電機シャフト(5)との間のトルク伝達が、前記遮断クラッチ(11)により遮断可能であり、前記第1の遮断クラッチ(11)が、軸方向で重畳して前記発電機(4)に接続されている、請求項1記載のハイブリッド-パワートレーン(1)。
- 前記発電機(4)に対して伝動機構側に、前記遮断クラッチのうちの第2の遮断クラッチ(12)が配置されており、該第2の遮断クラッチ(12)により、前記内燃機関(2)と前記伝動機構(8)との間のトルク伝達が遮断可能である、請求項2記載のハイブリッド-パワートレーン(1)。
- 前記駆動シャフト(3)が、切離し可能な前記発電機シャフト(5)を介して単に間接的に巻掛け式伝動機構(8)に接続されている、請求項3記載のハイブリッド-パワートレーン(1)。
- 前記第1の遮断クラッチ(11)および/または前記第2の遮断クラッチ(12)が、形状結合式のクラッチまたは形状-力結合式のクラッチである、請求項4記載のハイブリッド-パワートレーン(1)。
- 前記伝動機構(8)が、出力側で前記被動部(9)に分離不能に接続されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のハイブリッド-パワートレーン(1)。
- 前記伝動機構(8)が、巻掛け式伝動機構である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のハイブリッド-パワートレーン(1)。
- 前記ロータシャフト(7)と前記伝動機構(8)との間のトルク伝達経路に、第3の遮断クラッチ(13)が配置されており、前記ロータシャフト(7)が、前記巻掛け式伝動機構(8)を迂回して直接に被動部(9)に分離不能に接続されている、請求項7記載のハイブリッド-パワートレーン(1)。
- 前記電気機械(6)および/または前記発電機(4)が、両回転方向で運転可能である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のハイブリッド-パワートレーン(1)。
- 請求項9に記載のハイブリッド-パワートレーン(1)を含む自動車(14)であって、被動部(9)が少なくとも1つの駆動輪(15,16)を有している、自動車(14)。
