Description
b1)第1のポリエーテルポリオール、ここで該第1のポリエーテルポリオールはプロピレンオキシドに基づき、2.6~3.2の官能価および120~400mgKOH/gのヒドロキシル価を有し、かつ前記ポリオール組成物の総重量に対して10~70重量%の含有量を有し、
b2)第2のポリエーテルポリオール、ここで該第2のポリエーテルポリオールは第2のポリエーテルポリオールの総重量に対して0~20重量%のエチレンオキシド単位を有し、かつ該2のポリエーテルポリオールは1.8~3.2の官能価、および45~115mgKOH/gのヒドロキシル価を有し、
b3)第3のポリエーテルポリオール、ここで該第3のポリエーテルポリオールは第3のポリエーテルポリオールの総重量に対して50~100重量%のエチレンオキシド単位を有し、かつ該第3のポリエーテルポリオールは2~8の官能価および20~240mgKOH/gのヒドロキシル価を有し、ならびに
b6)界面活性剤、ここで該界面活性剤は前記ポリオール組成物の総重量に対して0.01~0.50重量%の含有量を有する。

好ましくは、第5のポリエーテルポリオールは、ポリオール組成物の総重量に対して2~25重量%の含有量を有する。

本発明によれば、粘弾性網状化ポリウレタンフォームを製造するためのポリオール組成物であって、網状化処理を行わずに網状化ポリウレタンフォームを形成するのに用いることができ、得られるポリウレタンフォームが、好適なセル直径、高い通気性、および良好な粘弾性を有する、ポリオール組成物が提供される。
b4)単官能ポリエーテル、ここで単官能ポリエーテルはC1~C20脂肪族または芳香族一価アルコールから選択される一価アルコールと、エチレンオキシドおよび/またはプロピレンオキシドから選択されるアルキレンオキシドとの反応によって得ることができる。
単官能ポリエーテルは、10~45mgKOH/gのヒドロキシル価、および粘弾性網状ポリウレタンフォームを製造するために使用されるポリオール組成物の総重量に対して2~25重量%の含有量を有する。
b5)第5のポリエーテルポリオール、ここで第5のポリエーテルポリオールは第5のポリエーテルポリオールの総重量に対して0~30重量%のエチレンオキシド単位を有し、2~8の官能価、および10~40mgKOH/gのヒドロキシル価を有する。

本発明によれば、また、上記イソシアネート成分A)と上記イソシアネート反応性成分B)とを反応させる工程を含んでなる、粘弾性網状ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法も提供され、粘弾性および網状ポリウレタンフォームは、さらなる網状化工程なく、前記方法に従って製造することができる。
イソシアネート1:NCO含有量48.3%および官能価2を有するトルエンジイソシアネート;
イソシアネート2:NCO含有量32~33重量%および官能価2.3を有するポリ(ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート);
ポリエーテルポリオール1:0%のエチレンオキシド、官能価3、およびヒドロキシル価350mgKOH/gを有するグリセリン開始ポリエーテルポリオール;
ポリエーテルポリオール2:9%のエチレンオキシド、官能価3、およびヒドロキシル価56mgKOH/gを有するグリセリン開始ポリエーテルポリオール;
ポリエーテルポリオール3:0%のエチレンオキシド、官能価2、およびヒドロキシル価56mgKOH/gを有するプロピレングリコール開始ポリエーテルポリオール;
ポリエーテルポリオール4:73%のエチレンオキシド、官能価3、およびヒドロキシル価37mgKOH/gを有するグリセリン開始ポリエーテルポリオール;
単官能ポリエーテル5:80%のエチレンオキシド、官能価1、およびヒドロキシル価53mgKOH/gを有する;
ポリエーテルポリオール6:13%のエチレンオキシド、官能価3、およびヒドロキシル価35mgKOH/gを有するグリセリン開始ポリエーテルポリオール;
Niax L-618:Momentiveから入手可能な界面活性剤;
Tegostab B8002:Enovikから入手可能な界面活性剤;
Niax A-1:Momentiveから入手可能な触媒;
Dabco 33LV:Air Productsから入手可能な触媒。
引張り強さは、GB/T6344-2008に従って試験する。
破断点伸びは、GB/T6344-2008に従って試験する。
表1は、粘弾性網状軟質ポリウレタンフォームの配合および特性を示す。
Claims (6)
- 下記を含んでなる、粘弾性網状ポリウレタンフォームを製造するためのポリオール組成物:
b1)第1のポリエーテルポリオール、ここで該第1のポリエーテルポリオールはプロピレンオキシドに基づき、2.6~3.2の官能価および120~400mgKOH/gのヒドロキシル価を有し、かつ前記ポリオール組成物の総重量に対して10~70重量%の含有量を有し、
b2)第2のポリエーテルポリオール、ここで該第2のポリエーテルポリオールは第2のポリエーテルポリオールの総重量に対して0~20重量%のエチレンオキシド単位を有し、かつ該第2のポリエーテルポリオールは1.8~3.2の官能価および45~115mgKOH/gのヒドロキシル価を有し、
b3)第3のポリエーテルポリオール、ここで該第3のポリエーテルポリオールは第3のポリエーテルポリオールの総重量に対して50~100重量%のエチレンオキシド単位を有し、かつ該第3のポリエーテルポリオールは2~8の官能価および20~240mgKOH/gのヒドロキシル価を有し、ならびに
b6)シリコーンを含む界面活性剤、ここで該界面活性剤はポリオール組成物の総重量に対して0.01~0.242重量%の含有量を有する。 - 前記ポリオール組成物が下記さらに含んでなる、請求項1に記載の粘弾性網状ポリウレタンフォームを製造するためのポリオール組成物:
b5)第5のポリエーテルポリオール、ここで該第5のポリエーテルポリオールは第5のポリエーテルポリオールの総重量に対して0~30重量%のエチレンオキシド単位を有し、かつ2~8の官能価および10~40mgKOH/gのヒドロキシル価を有する。 - 第2のポリエーテルポリオールb2)が、前記ポリオール組成物の総重量に対して29.4~60重量%の含有量を有する、請求項1に記載の粘弾性網状ポリウレタンフォームを製造するためのポリオール組成物。
- 下記を含んでなる組成物から製造される、粘弾性網状ポリウレタンフォーム:
A)イソシアネート成分、ここで該イソシアネート成分はジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートまたはポリ(ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート)を含んでなり、
B)イソシアネート反応性成分、ここで該イソシアネート反応性成分は請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の粘弾性網状ポリウレタンフォームを製造するためのポリオール組成物を含んでなる。 - 前記イソシアネート成分A)がトルエンジイソシアネートをさらに含んでなる、請求項4に記載の粘弾性網状ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 下記を含んでなる成分を反応させる工程を含んでなる、粘弾性網状ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法:
A)イソシアネート成分、ここで該イソシアネート成分はジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートまたはポリ(ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート)を含んでなり、
B)イソシアネート反応性成分、ここで該イソシアネート反応性成分は請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の粘弾性網状ポリウレタンフォームを製造するためのポリオール組成物を含んでなる。
