Description
一方、繊維を対象に処理されるシリコン系、フッ素系、界面活性剤などの撥水剤は、水に対する接触角を大きくして水の吸収を制御する材料である。
マイクロカプセル加工処理していない従来のシリコン系またはフッ素系撥水剤は、5~20%程度の使用が適する。
[マイクロカプセル化工程]
フッ素系撥水剤の乳化工程
その後、加熱を停止し、5%クエン酸溶液30gを徐々に投入する。常温に冷却されるまで攪拌を行い続ける。
こうして得られる撥水剤マイクロカプセル(図4参照)を保管して使用する。

こうして得られるワサビ抗菌マイクロカプセル(図4参照)を保管して使用する。
配合1.
前記配合1と同様であり、撥水剤マイクロカプセルを10%使用した。
撥水剤マイクロカプセルを5%に減少させて配合した。
撥水剤マイクロカプセルを使用せずに、フッ素系撥水剤のみを下記表のとおりに配合した。
先立って配合された吸汗速乾組成物を繊維生地に加工処理する工程である。
上述したように繊維処理工程を経た生地の吸汗速乾関連性能は、下記[表2]に示す。
本発明の権利範囲ないし技術的範囲は、後述する特許請求の範囲及びその均等範囲によって定められる。
Claims (6)
- 繊維用撥水剤を含む吸汗速乾組成物であって、
繊維用撥水剤とわさびオイルをそれぞれマイクロカプセル化処理して得られる撥水剤マイクロカプセルとわさび抗菌マイクロカプセルをさらに含む
ことを特徴とする吸汗速乾組成物。 - 水性浸透剤をさらに含む
請求項1に記載の吸汗速乾組成物。 - 前記繊維用撥水剤は5~20重量%、前記撥水剤マイクロカプセルは10~40重量%、前記わさび抗菌マイクロカプセルは2~5重量%を含み、
繊維生地加工用水性バインダー40~50重量%、残部としての水をさらに含む
請求項1に記載の吸汗速乾組成物。 - 前記繊維用撥水剤は5~20重量%、前記撥水剤マイクロカプセルは0~40重量%、前記わさび抗菌マイクロカプセルは2~5重量%、前記水性浸透剤は0.1~1重量%を含み、
繊維生地加工用水性バインダー40~50重量%、残部としての水をさらに含む
請求項2に記載の吸汗速乾組成物。 - 請求項3に記載の吸汗速乾組成物を繊維生地にコーティングおよび乾燥処理して得られる
ことを特徴とする吸汗速乾性生地。 - 請求項4に記載の吸汗速乾組成物を繊維生地にコーティングおよび乾燥処理して得られる
