Description
近年では、上述した設備管理システムを用いて、設備の異常が検知された際に設備のメンテナンスを行う業者を手配する試みも行われている。
(設備管理システム)
以下において、実施形態に係る設備管理システムについて説明する。図1に示すように、設備管理システム100は、設備管理装置200と、施設300と、所定端末400とを有する。図1では、施設300として、施設300A~施設300Cが例示されている。設備管理装置200及び施設300は、ネットワーク120に接続されている。ネットワーク120は、設備管理装置200と施設300との間の回線、設備管理装置200と所定端末400との間の回線を提供すればよい。ネットワーク120は、例えば、インターネットである。ネットワーク120は、VPNなどの専用回線を提供してもよい。
以下において、実施形態に係る燃料電池システムについて説明する。図2は、実施形態に係る燃料電池システム310を示す図である。燃料電池システム310は、少なくとも燃料電池設備150を含む。燃料電池システム310は、貯湯設備160を含んでもよい。ここでは、燃料電池システム310は、燃料電池設備150及び貯湯設備160の双方を含むコジェネレーションシステムであるものとして説明を続ける。
以下において、実施形態に係る設備管理装置について説明する。図3に示すように、設備管理装置200は、管理部210と、通信部220と、制御部230とを有する。
以下において、実施形態に係る設備管理方法について説明する。図5では、EMS320が省略されているが、状態メッセージは、EMS320を経由して送信されてもよい。
実施形態では、設備管理装置200は、状態メッセージに基づいて推奨時間を特定し、推奨時間を含む通知メッセージを所定端末400に送信する。このような構成によれば、通知メッセージが推奨時間を含むため、メンテナンスを行う業者が燃料電池システム310の温度が下がるまで待つ時間を低減することができ、燃料電池システム310のメンテナンスを効率的に行うことができる。
本発明は上述した実施形態によって説明したが、この開示の一部をなす論述及び図面は、この発明を限定するものであると理解すべきではない。この開示から当業者には様々な代替実施形態、実施例及び運用技術が明らかとなろう。
Claims (8)
- 燃料電池システムから設備管理装置が、前記燃料電池システムの状態を示す情報要素を含む状態メッセージを受信するステップと、
前記設備管理装置が、前記状態メッセージに基づいて、前記燃料電池システムのメンテナンスの実行が推奨される推奨時間を特定するステップと、
前記設備管理装置から所定端末に対して、前記推奨時間を特定するための情報要素を含む通知メッセージを送信するステップと、を備え、
前記状態メッセージは、前記燃料電池システムの起動状態の開始時刻を示す情報要素及び停止動作状態の開始時刻を示す情報要素の少なくともいずれか一方を含む、設備管理方法。 - 前記推奨時間には、前記メンテナンスを実行することができない時間が含まれない、請求項1に記載の設備管理方法。
- 前記推奨時間には、前記燃料電池システムの温度が原因で前記メンテナンスを実行することができない時間が含まれない、請求項2に記載の設備管理方法。
- 前記推奨時間を特定するための情報要素は、前記推奨時間を示す情報要素を含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の設備管理方法。
- 前記推奨時間を特定するための情報要素は、前記燃料電池システムが停止動作を開始してから停止動作を完了するまでの停止所要時間を示す情報要素を含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の設備管理方法。
- 前記通知メッセージは、前記燃料電池システムが停止する停止動作の種別を示す情報要素及び前記燃料電池システムの異常が発生した時点における前記燃料電池システムの動作状態の種別を示す情報要素の少なくともいずれか一方を含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の設備管理方法。
- 前記通知メッセージは、前記燃料電池システムの異常部位を示す情報要素、前記燃料電池システムの温度環境を示す情報要素、及び前記燃料電池システムの設置環境を示す情報要素の少なくともいずれか1つを含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の設備管理方法。
- 燃料電池システムから、前記燃料電池システムの状態を示す情報要素を含む状態メッセージを受信する受信部と、
前記状態メッセージに基づいて、前記燃料電池システムのメンテナンスの実行が推奨される推奨時間を特定する制御部と、
前記推奨時間を特定するための情報要素を含む通知メッセージを送信する送信部と、を備え、
前記状態メッセージは、前記燃料電池システムの起動状態の開始時刻を示す情報要素及び停止動作状態の開始時刻を示す情報要素の少なくともいずれか一方を含む、設備管理装置。
