Description
Claims (15)
- 接地ユニットと、
少なくとも一つの通信ユニットと、
絶縁層が設けられた導体、該導体が収容され、冷却流体があらかじめ決定された方向に流動する冷却チューブ、及び前記導体が前記冷却チューブの内部に収容された状態で前記導体の絶縁層と前記冷却チューブの内面との接触を防止するために前記導体の絶縁層の外面と前記冷却チューブの内面との間に螺旋状に横巻されるスぺーサを含む一対の電力ユニットと、
前記接地ユニット、前記通信ユニット及び前記電力ユニットを取り囲む外部ジャケットと、を含み、
前記絶縁層は、前記導体が冷却流体に露出されないように前記導体を透き間なく被覆することを特徴とする電気車充電用ケーブル。 - 前記電力ユニットのスぺーサは、環状ワイヤーの形態で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 前記冷却チューブ及び前記スぺーサの少なくとも一つは、テフロン(登録商標)系列又はウレタン材質で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 前記電力ユニットの冷却チューブ内を流動する冷却流体は、一対の電力ユニットのいずれか一つの電力ユニットを構成する冷却チューブを通して、充電用ケーブルの端部に装着される充電器コネクターの方向に供給され、前記充電器コネクターの近傍から他の電力ユニットを構成する冷却チューブを通して回収されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 一対の前記電力ユニットの冷却チューブは、前記充電器コネクター近傍の対応位置に流体循環ホールが形成され、それぞれの前記流体循環ホールを連結する流体ブリッジを通して前記冷却流体が回収されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 前記流体ブリッジは、一対の電力ユニットの冷却チューブが貫通して収容される平行な貫通部と、前記流体循環ホールが相互連通するように前記貫通部を連結する連結部とを含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 前記導体は、前記電気車充電用ケーブルの先端部に装着される充電器コネクターの導体部に挿入される構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 一つの接地ユニットと、
それぞれ絶縁層が設けられた一対の導体と、
前記導体と接触しない状態で前記導体をそれぞれ取り囲み、内側に冷却流体が循環流動する一対の冷却チューブと、
前記導体は、前記冷却チューブの内部に収容され、前記導体の絶縁層の外面と前記冷却チューブの内面との間に螺旋状に横巻されるスぺーサと、を備え、
前記絶縁層は、前記導体が冷却流体に露出されないように前記導体を透き間なく被覆することを特徴とする電気車充電用ケーブル。 - 前記一対の冷却チューブを連結させ、該一対の冷却チューブのいずれか一つの冷却チューブを通して供給される冷却流体を他の冷却チューブに供給するための流体ブリッジを含む、請求項8に記載の充電用ケーブル。
- 前記スぺーサ及び前記冷却チューブの少なくとも一つは、フッ化ポリエチレン(PTFE,Poly Tetra Fluoro Ethylene)材質で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の充電用ケーブル。
- 前記スぺーサ及び前記冷却チューブの少なくとも一つは、一般樹脂又はポリエチレン材質で構成された後、表面がフッ化ポリエチレンでコートされることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の充電用ケーブル。
- 前記導体は、前記電気車充電用ケーブルの先端部に装着される充電器コネクターの導体部に挿入され、前記流体ブリッジは、前記充電器コネクターのハウジングの内部に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 電気車充電器から供給される冷却流体は、一対の冷却チューブのいずれか一つの冷却チューブを通して前記充電器コネクターの方向に供給され、前記流体ブリッジから他の冷却チューブに供給されて電気車充電器に回収されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 一対の前記冷却チューブは、前記充電器コネクター近傍の対応位置に流体循環ホールが形成され、前記流体ブリッジは、一対の冷却チューブが貫通して収容される平行な貫通部、及び前記流体循環ホールが相互連通するように前記貫通部を連結する連結部を含んで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の電気車充電用ケーブル。
- 前記スぺーサは、環状ワイヤーの形態で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の充電用ケーブル。
